What a great place to hang around for a couple hours, it’s a 4 deck cruise ship full of pure fun!!! I cannot say enough about the staff, from the warm welcome as soon as you walk on board the ship, to the slot attendants and of course to the amazing cocktail waitresses that make sure your glass doesn’t go empty, as drinks are free while you’re playing. Make sure you sign up for the rewards card and always have it in while you’re playing because the points there add up very fast, and they have amazing perks, such as future free entry fee, free lunch, freeplay and most of all, transportation service. I’m in the Port Orange area, and they have a bus/shuttle that stops in the Walmart parking lot and brings people directly to the cruise ship. The only downfall is that bus transportation is NOT available on Wednesdays, which is a bit peculiar because they are open Wed-Sunday, and on Wednesdays, it’s the « Double Win Hot Seat » extravaganza, and yet they don’t offer transportation for this event. It really is a shame, and I’m hoping if management reads these reviews, that they reconsider this small oversight. Adam, the bus driver is a gem!! He helps people get in and out, he’s very well organized, and remembers everyone by name, I’ve had him as a driver 3 times so far, and he’s so personable, and addresses the elderly by « Mr or Mrs » just a class act! Also, don’t forget to register for the « Slot Tournament « it’s a hoot!!!!!
My only recommendation would be to hire more bathroom attendants, as i have encountered a few incidents of « non-working toilets » and the smell can get pretty horrid.

Not my first time in casino but first time on a casino cruise. First time on a cruise period. Went on Wed 11th, out of Port canaveral, in evening, 6 hour cruise. Couple 40 & 50. We spent about $200 each playing and came home with just over $800. We only played slots. Cashing out your tickets needs to be done before game time ends. You can't play for 30-45 minutes once sailing and then it's about the same time that you stop before docking. Menu prices are about the same as local dining. We just ordered the days special when we were hungry, which was a burger and chips. Also drinks are free when playing but not during those 2 times. Best tequila sunrise I've ever had. Loved going out on the deck to smoke and look at the night sky. It's clearly a heavily used ship. Not spotless clean but cleaner than any store I went into in that area. But it was only $13 per person and a cool short getaway. I always carry antibacterial wipes with me anyway. We had fun for first timers. All staff we interacted with were friendly and upbeat. Waitresses seemed understaffed. And of course there were covid restrictions at the time. I would go again!

My only concern is with the gaming tables, the minimum bet is now $15. I like to play ultimate Texas hold-em, the min bet is 15.00 ante and 15 blind with a 4x bet you are playing $90 a hand not counting trips. So the move to get people out faster or cater to higher betting public makes it a no fun cruise. The old $5.00 min bet was $30.00 total on a 4x bet which was fun for the average bettor.
The other concern is the continuous shuffle machine versus the hand shuffle by the dealer, our machine broke and the pit boss allowed the hand shuffling early on but stopped it an hour later, we sat there not playing until the machine was switched out for a working one. The suspicion around the table was: players stopped winning when the continuous shuffle machine was used versus the hand shuffle by the dealer in front of the players. The steak meal was good, raffles were entertaining but the minimums at $15.00 are a deal breaker. Our group is always 6 or more and the slot players were happy but the table players were not.

On behalf of the management of Victory Casino, I’d like to address the concerns of your review. We have always had shufflers. If one breaks we replace it with another. The table minimums are based on demand and are certainly much lower than competing 24-hour casinos. Again, our restriction on gaming time will not allow us to use our limited gaming space to provide such low stakes table games. In order to continue in business and offset inflation, we could not stay in business with a $5 minimum table game. Thank you.

I've been visiting Central Florida for much of my life and have been interested in visiting this casino boat for much of the past 10 years. While vacationing in the area over the past week, I had booked the new member offer which was very generous (included boarding, drinks, food, and free play for 2 ppl) for $50. While my first two reservations were canceled due to rough seas, the management was very courteous in informing me about this early in the morning before I left. Luckily, I was able to sail on a morning trip late last week and was very pleased with the experience. Parking is complementary and is located right next to the ship. The staff were also all very friendly, and boarding was very easy. The ship is in excellent condition and the casino is set up in a way that you would hardly know you are even on a ship. As a table games player, I was very happy with the blackjack/craps and the rules offered. Having complimentary drinks while playing was also very nice and a welcomed change from some of the card rooms in the rest of the state, My only regret was not having more time to play as the casino closes about 30 min before arriving back in port. Had I had more time, I would have been happy to have sailed on the PM trip as well. I am glad I was able to go though and look forward to taking another voyage the next time I return to Florida.

I cannot recommend going on this casino cruise - sorry Victory! Check in went smoothly though not very happy pleasant staff. The ship is older but clean. There was plenty of parking spaces and free parking. Just a short walk from parking lot to check in. We took a Sunday afternoon trip. As far as slot machines most are older machines with a smaller section of newer games. It was hard to get on a machine because of the limited selection. Most people want to play the newer games. I ended up walking around a lot trying to find a game to play. The tables are located on the lower deck. We did not eat the buffet, but heard it was good and you needed to eat as soon as you get on the boat because they close it quickly. The weather was not bad just overcast that day. I have never seen so many sick people in one place. All the sick people was seating on the upper deck outside. Two of the people in my party was sick the whole trip. They say the boat has stabilizers, but I don't see how. Even the employee said the boat does not. The limited staff on the upper deck was good about giving people motion sickness bracelet's (you have to pay for it), crackers, water. Once you are on the boat it is a 6 hour trip, so people were very anxious and ready to get off. One lady said she has been on several vacation cruises, but this was the first time she got motion sickness. Entertainment was very limited, one man playing on the upper deck. You have about a 30 minute wait before you can begin gambling, most people eat, sit outside or they grab their machine. I did not see or hear of anyone winning at all. I know we did not win at all and we played numerous slots. Even with all the sick people the bathrooms were maintained. It was not a enjoyable trip and I do not expect to go back.

Thank you for sailing with us. We appreciate you mentioning that your check-in went smoothly, and you found our complimentary parking convenient. However, we're sorry to read you had so many issues during your cruise with us and we would have loved to address these issues while you were still on our ship. Our ship is equipped with stabilizers, and we're sorry your friends suffered from motion sickness during your trip, the sea conditions are posted daily on our website and Facebook page so that our guests have this information before deciding to sail. We have over 600 slot machines on our ship, and we offer the latest machines and newer style machines are brought onto our ship regularly. However, many of our customers prefer the classic-style machines, and we regret that you were not able to find a machine to your liking. If there is a specific machine you were searching for we would be happy to pass your request onto our Slots Department. We do have a Manager on duty onboard during every sail, so we would have loved to have had the opportunity to help make your trip better while you were still sailing with us. If you do decide to sail with us again, our daily entertainment is posted daily on our website or Facebook page and you will see we have lots of exciting entertainment coming to our ship!

Save your time and money and don’t get on this boat. While boarding we were met with the smell of hot garbage…we should have known then.
We went on a holiday weekend and there was no live entertainment. The ship only had one bartender so only one of the three bars could be open at a time. The food was some of the worst we have had. The buffalo chicken salad was canned chicken with a side of hot sauce. The burgers and chicken sandwich were straight from the freezer.
One gentlemen was smoking indoors. Not only did the staff not stop this they severed him free drinks.
By 11:00 the upstairs was loaded with people sleeping just waiting to get off the boat. It looked like an airport that just had to cancel all its flights.
The bartender worked his tail off but in all it was a poor experience I wish we didn’t take part in.

I have been on the ship more times then I can count when I lived in Florida, I have since moved out of state so can't go as much but I was in the area yesterday and went again. As always it was a fantastic day. From the workers outside to the front desk, and the dealers and servers they are all there to make you feel comfortable and relaxed my trip yesterday was no different. I had an amazing time as I always do. I want to take the time to thank thank some of the workers who have given me world class. service form the first time I met them .Steve the cruise director. He has so much positive energy he will always let you know what activities are going on the day of the cruise. When you hear him talking he makes you feel glad you are on the ship. Amazing job Steve. Peter who is the Executive Casino Host is there for your needs he has gone above and beyond to help me with any issues I have had many thanks Pete. Anna who is one of the floor supervisors has become a dear friend of mine, She runs multiple tables making sure all the games are running smoothly and always finds the time to check up and see how you are doing. Shane, Beth and John in the bar on deck number 1, I have made friends with them as well. They don't just serve you they ask how you are doing and make you feel you are more then just a customer. And last but not least Crystal who is the number 1 server in my book. Crystal is a special lady not only is she a outstanding server she is warm and friendly with all she comes in contact with. When I mover out of state she made me a bird house and painted it to take with me thank you Crystal.. Also a few other dealers who I have enjoyed knowing over the years Smilly, Jennifer and Janet. If you have never been on the Victory Casino Cruise I suggest you give it a try. Thanks to you all.

We went on the morning cruise to celebrate March birthdays. My Dad needed a wheelchair to get onboard which made it so easy for us. Wish we had kept it for the sailing as he was a little too unsteady on his feet during the cruise. The Caribbean music was good up on the 4th deck prior to games opening. It's nice that smoking is only allowed in that area on the 4th deck and the remainder of the ship is non-smoking. Food was good onboard, sandwiches and salads were generous portions. Gaming was ok, my Dad wanted to play slots. He sat at some machines on the 4th deck. Apparently they have staffing issues, one of his bills got stuck in the machine and there was no attendant available that I could find. We managed to fish it out ourselves. The gaming floor was good but the table limits seemed a bit high with $15 limits, especially for a day cruise that seemed excessive. The gaming staff was very helpful. The birthday cake and champagne was nice after gaming ended. It seemed a little difficult to maneuver around for my Dad, probably because its an older ship. He needed help so it was good that we were with him. Overall a good cruise and we'd probably go again.

Had a really good time on our first ever casino cruise. Gambled with what I saved up fully expecting to lose it all so it has no bearing on why I gave this attraction only 4 stars.

The Good:

Nice size ship. Lots of room. Good food reasonably priced. Complimentary soft drinks, tea and coffee. Very friendly staff (quite a change from staff in Atlantic City who treat you like you are an annoyance). Free parking (which was great as I was fully expecting to pay $17)

The Needs Improvement:

Bingo - This should be called "Pay $20+ to be rushed through being told you didn't win". If you're used to bingo where numbers are called and you dab them on your cards, forget it. This isn't that. You're given an electronic device with digital cards on it and the numbers are called off rapid fire while the device marks them off for you. This takes all the fun and anticipation of winning out of it. We literally completed 6 games including a coverall in 20 minutes. Not fun. My suggestion would be fewer games higher payouts with a slower pace. Maybe you'd get more people to play.

Slot Machines - Maybe I'm just a noob but the slot machines are too complex to play. What happened to the price per pull on the machine and you decide how many coins to play on each pull? There are too many different winning combos and too many ways to lose money quickly. Too quickly to consider it fun.

I'd recommend this experience as it is a lot of fun but I'll stick to table games next time.

It was interesting reading the other reviews on this site. Back in 2015-2017, I would purposefully go on these cruises and had a good time. I always expected to lose, but hey, you're gambling so I get it. In about April of 2021, we decided to go on the cruise again after the whole pandemic thing eased a bit. I wanted to play 3 card poker then and I noticed it was $15 minimum, which is $45 a hand if you are trying to play the full with bonuses. It used to me $5 minimum, and it would increase if you were playing and things became busier, and that makes sense. So, we went on the cruise last Friday, December 20th, and we're wondering how things would turn out. Long story short, the dealer was standing at the table by themselves for 90% of the cruise because no one wanted to play into this BS. Y'all are a mess Victory, we won't be back!!! Good luck, you'll be done soon!

On behalf of the management of Victory Casino, I would like to address the concerns of your review. Because the pandemic has not eased up, we are still following all safety protocols to keep our guests and staff safe. One of those protocols is limiting our capacity. One thing for sure, you will never see an empty table while the casino is open. Since your review describes an experience that occurred almost a year ago, it is difficult to address why you may have seen a table empty. It is also unfair to us to adequately be able to address your concerns. All table limits are at the discretion the Casino Manager on duty, based on the crowd. If you should decide to give us another visit and run into anything that is less than the best experience, please speak to the manager on duty. There is always a manager on duty to assist guests with concerns and correct them if possible. We want all of our guests to be completely satisfied with their visit.
