Great little park. Nice paths and walk ways with little workout stations to get some exercise. A nice playground and pavilion too. You won’t see much wildlife but birds here. Name is a little deceiving.
You tour the area on your own. If the Manatees are there, you will see them. No following a guide, but there is a info center where you can find information on all the marine fauna and the manatees. Very nice. I enjoyed the afternoon.

October is a good time to see them. Not necessarily at this park, they are everywhere in October. If you go to the Manatee Overlook at the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, I can almost guarantee you will see several of them. Also at Bair boat launch area nearby.
