This park borders the Banana River. It consists of a short boardwalk between two gazebos overlooking the river. There are paths throughout the lawns with fitness spots scattered here and there. Two small ponds have been formed to filter river water. There were lots of...More

We visited Manatee Park while in Port Canaveral with our cruise. Pleasant park for a stroll, fitness track for those so inclined, and interesting local ecological information. Also dog-friendly park.

Great little park. Nice paths and walk ways with little workout stations to get some exercise. A nice playground and pavilion too. You won’t see much wildlife but birds here. Name is a little deceiving.

You tour the area on your own. If the Manatees are there, you will see them. No following a guide, but there is a info center where you can find information on all the marine fauna and the manatees. Very nice. I enjoyed the afternoon.

The park is nice and well kept. Good for a stroll and probably a great place for locals to bring kids and walk their dogs, however the likelihood you see a manatee is super low. The boardwalk is not directly on the water so even...More

It's a nice little park for walking, but don't get your hopes up to see a manatee. If you do, I think it would be very unusual. But it seemed like a clean park, and a good place to relax.

We hadn’t planned on walking around Manatee Park but saw the sign on our walk back from Florida Beer. Beautifully maintained park. We came through as the sun was beginning to set. Gorgeous views.
