Paddle Naples - You're the Best

This was my second rental with Naples Paddle and I have to say it was as satisfying as the first rental. It is so easy to make a reservation on their website and they take Apple Pay! Our kayaks were delivered on time, a dry box was provided as well as a map and instruction. Definitely my go to Kayak rental vendor for future adventures.

Great experience

Easy 15 minute trip out to the Gulf and amazing spots to find TONS of cool shells. We did the 2 hour rental and probably will do 3 hours next time. Next time I will bring my fishing pole as fish were jumping out of the water all around us. Brent was great getting the kayaks set up, gave us oir life jackets (didn't have to wear), a dry box for our keys and phones and a map of the areas to explore.

Quick, Easy & Friendly

Very easy quick & easy process to get setup with your equipment with Paddle Naples. Staff is always very friendly & flexible.
The location is good too, taking you through a path (10-15) min that leads you to a little sand bank for some quick exploration, sunbathing or picnic with a view of the gulf.
You can then carry on for another 30-40 mins to close the loop.
Saw a Manatee during my last trip there in July.

Kayaking

Kayaking was fun. We were told to be there 15 mins early however started 45 mins after our scheduled time. Which was frustrating to stand there for 1 hour. There was only us and another couple.. so not tons of people either.
Wish it had been longer. The site said 3 hrs. But it’s actually 2 hr minimum and can go up to 3 hours. Ours lasted exactly 2 hrs.

Hey Anna. Sorry to hear the tour didn’t go as planned. We did have to unload kayaks and reload them on the trailer last minute as there was a change of plans. As stated on our website the tour usually runs 2.5 hours but can be a 2hr minimum depending on the tides and group size. Glad you still had a fun time paddling with us. Hope you guys give us another shot in the future!

More powerboats and jet skis than nature

We were very excited to paddle the course offered by Paddle Naples after taking a look at their website and reading reviews. Unfortunately, we spent our two hours combating the ripple waves from speed boats and jet skis screaming by us. We went in the morning and didn't see any wildlife while doing the complete circuit. I suppose it depends on the amount of people out on the water and the tide so you may want to consider this before going. We went to Lovers Key State Park right after this and did a hike and saw the kayakers out on a much more peaceful route. Next time we may try that instead.

I’m sorry your experience on the water was not what you hoped for. Unfortunately you rented from us on Thanksgiving weekend when the beaches and waterways were extremely crowed. We do offer a map for our renters with several options of where to paddle that go through the mangroves and completely avoid motorized watercraft. We have been doing business in this area for seven years and regularly see all kinds of wildlife.

From the Bayou to Naples

Even after a lifetime on the water in Louisiana, the crew at Paddle Naples provided an 100% worthwhile trip. Cameron, our guide, was polite, professional and well educated. Gear was solid and scenery was an enjoyable variation from the coastal environment we're used to.

Paddle Naples is great! Equipment is safe and they provide instruction for the newbies. They also go above and beyond for comfort, like providing dry boxes. Brent and his team know about all the wildlife and plants and are glad to share. They are also great stewards and always looking out for the environment and serve in local environment groups. Great people! Great service!

Awesome way to enjoy nature

We had scheduled a kayaking trip on a morning that there was a storm passing through. I received a call from Paddle Naples asking if I wanted to push back the time to come in later to let the storm pass through. We agreed and had a blast. Paddle Naples was very accommodating. Definitely would recommend.

Paddling made easy

Rented a kayak for two weeks. Paddle Naples dropped off the kayak where I was staying on Estero Bay and picked it up at end of my stay. The whole process was easy and ran smoothly. The kayak was good quality for paddling in ocean and river (not the painfully small or light kayaks one sometimes encounters from rental places). Brent was also helpful in planning kayaking trails throughout the Bay. I would rent from here again and highly recommend this for folks who are interested in creating their own paddling adventure!

Paddle Naples was extremely flexible and accommodating when we called the morning of our initial rental reservation and rescheduled for later in the week because of the weather. The route is explained clearly and is easy to follow. The scenery is beautiful! They even said if we were out longer than 2hr we can just pay the difference for the extra hour which was nice knowing so that we didn’t rush back.
