I love this place also if there are a lot of people .most of them are very educated and kindly persons. They do not make noise as the people in the east coast of Florida . The sunset always is fantastic and romantic

Actually didn’t make it to this beach this time because there was absolutely NO parking, so went down to Vanderbilt Beach, near where we stayed. But with that said, it’s a great beach, water activities right there, easy to rent the same day. Doc’s is...More

The beach is pristine, and you can find lots of interesting critters because its such a healthy beach. Go by 10 AM or all the public parking will be full.

We had trouble parking (needed to go to Public Access #9 before getting a spot on Sunday morning). But once there it was great. The beach is very “shelly” with tons of shells for the kids to collect, however you have to watch when walking...More

The access streets along Hickory Blvd give way to more secluded beaches! While parking is limited, we had no problem parking and it was free. The access we went to had few people, lots of shells and it was clean. When we drove past the...More

Lovely venue, blue water (no one in it) people enjoying the weather, friendly and clean. Definitely recommend as a family outing spot. There was a nice shelter to sit out of the sun with a view to the beach, and showers for folks to rinse...More

There would need to be storms prior for the waters around here to be very interesting for a surfer. You’re more likely to see SUPs on the water.
