The dolphin tour at Bonita Jet Ski tours was worth every dollar. It was two hours of fun for me and my kids who are 13 and 14. We spent the morning riding around and seeing so many dolphins. Our guide, Chase, knew exactly where to go and how to “play” with the dolphins. He was awesome!! We had smiles the whole trip.

My son and I did the jet ski dolphin tour and absolutely loved it! We had some time at the beginning of the tour to just play around on the jet skiis and learn how to handle them, and then our guide Harlan, took us on a guided tour where we saw lots of dolphins. Sometimes the dolphins were swimming right beside your foot and/or under your jet ski! It was so cool! And Harlan was really good at seeing and finding the dolphins (long before we saw them), and he took some great photos that we’ll print and save for sure! I’d definitely recommend Harlan and the tour as a whole. It’s the most fun we’ve had in a long time!

This was an incredibly fun tour! Kamal, our guide, was spectacular! We were able to see lots of dolphins, and Kamal was able to get several dolphins to jump/play in the waves created by the wave runners. A comical sight was when a bald eagle swooped in on an osprey who had a fish in its mouth. Guess who ended up with the fish?!

I booked for my family to do the parasailing during spring break. Parking is a bear that time of year. We paid for parking and walk to the hut. The girl says it’s cancelled, no phone call, no email, nothing. Ok, so I rebook for later in the week. Now 7 of us are standing there and we already paid to park. This company also rents out umbrellas and beach chairs. I asked if we could use two beach chairs and an umbrella for an hour for my senior parents and 1 year old to sit under while my older kids played in the water. The girl laughed in my face and said absolutely not. I explained that we already paid for parking and they never even attempted to contact me to tell me that the trip was cancelled - she said it’s not her job to tell people it’s cancelled and if I wanted shade I should go to the nearby restaurant. Then I asked to talk to her manager. She refused to let me talk to her manager and said “sorry for the inconvenience I am cancelling your trip your next week.” Without my consent- she cancelled our re-booked parasailing trip to avoid letting us use an umbrella or talk to her manager. This place is a joke!

Went parasailing with my kids last week from Bonita Beach. Booked it the night before and paid to observe them from the boat. The first thing to know is that this tour leaves from the beach so if the weather and water is calm, no problem but if it's rough and windy, it can be quite challenging and I wouldn't recommend that you do it that day. We went on a very windy day that was almost too windy for the parasail. I was told that if I did not go up with my kids, they couldn't go because the guys could not get them back down. Even just getting to the parasail boat from the beach was challenging. We were met with a smaller boat full of bugs (harmless but still) and a very nice captain that took us out to the parasail boat. The entire time on each boat, the waves were rocking us like crazy and made us feel sick. We then had to transfer onto a second boat to actually go parasailing with another family. They went up first and we had to wait it out in the boat as we were tossed around by the waves and yes, you will get WET. The parasailing part was the easiest part. Beautiful view from way up there and easy up and down. All of the boat portions are not good if it is super windy and choppy so I wish you calm seas! Also note that the entire process took us an hour and a half but that could have been because of the windy weather. Everyone was very nice but I thought it was quite expensive and if you plan to jet ski, look into jet ski rental tours on the intercoastal waterway, it's much easier to handle on the calmer water.

Our tour guide Tyson was awesome. He did a great job guiding us to areas where we could see manatees and dolphins. Thank you to him for his hard work.

WARNING
We accidentally and I mean accidentally bumped into another jet ski. Our tour guide had to stop us all in order to deal with an irresponsible rider and during that stop is when we bumped the other jet ski and we were idling. When we returned to the drop off point, several people came to look at the damage. They arbitrarily decided to charge us $400! One guy said $200, another guy said $300 and then another guy said $600. Does anyone really know? Jet skis have to be insured, don't they?

We loved our Jet ski dolphin tour with Tyson. He explained the mechanics of the jet ski, observed and assessed our skill level and guided us through channels to view and come close to about 8 jumping dolphins. There were multiple species of birds and gorgeous scenery. We would recommend croakies for sunglasses and possibly a waterproof container if bringing phone. Also, a baseball hat blew off but was retrieved and tucked away for remainder of ride. Tyson was wonderful and we highly recommend him! As a couple in our 70's, we appreciated his caution!

We had a great time on the water with our guide Chase. He was very knowledgeable about the area and being on the water in general. The amount of dolphin we saw was insane and I would recommend Bonita Jetski to anyone looking for a fun time on the water. Chase we will be back on our next trip down south!!!

My husband and I were looking for fun water activities to do with our teenage son and daughter on our family vacation. We tried tandem parasailing with 1200 feet of rope—the views were absolutely amazing! Captain Derek, Captain Tyler and Guide Brian were wonderful—professional, fun and gave us an out-of-this world experience!
We had such a great time that we decided to come back two days later to try the Dolphin Jet Ski Tour. Our guide Terrance was awesome! After teaching us to use the jet skis, he led us out along the coast and into the back bay.
Right away we spotted dolphins! They swim right up near the jet skis, jumping and playing in the water. Terrance got them to swim in our wake, and took some amazing photos. We had much fun on the water, it was a true highlight of our vacation!

This was our first time on a JetSki but we shouldn’t have worried, as they are very stable and getting used to handling it, even in a little bit of chop, takes about five seconds. Our guides Kamal and Ryan did a great job managing our group and, when we spotted some dolphins, they were able, lining up their jet skis in a certain way and at a certain speed, to entice them into playing. They swam along with us, leaping and flopping up out of the water. Really a cool thing to see!! Totally exceeded our expectations, and we had so much fun. Would certainly take a tour again or rent from these folks!
