Had a great time! Friendly, professional host, great value, fun game. Eight girlfriends booked Prison room, plenty of space, lots of puzzles to solve. Would definitely recommend.

What an awesome place in Boca. Friendly and great staff. And an incredible room. We did Death and breakfast and everything was so realistic. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was very challenging but also very clear clues throughout helped us successfully complete the room with less than three minutes left. From ages 13 through 48, we loved it and highly recommend Adventure Vault for a great "escape" while in Boca.

I just had the misfortune of having my reservations cancelled in this venue due to being a solo player, with no indication whatsoever that there was a requirement of two or more players to play the game. This even after my credit card was run and I received the "confirmed" e-mail. I verified with the staff that this "two or more" requirement is solely due to their belief that the games are too hard for one person (i.e. not that the puzzles themselves require four hands or something -- which is true only for one puzzle in one of their three rooms). I told them if it's theoretically possible for me to beat the room, then I would much rather play and lose than not play at all. Then they informed me if I wanted to play I would have to pay DOUBLE the price to even have the opportunity! Are you insane? What absolute horrible customer service! So their "two or more" rule is just about pure greed it seems. And they knew that I would be driving all the way from Miramar (~90 minutes away at evening traffic) and booked all three rooms to play back-to-back-to-back. All this from the mouth of what I assume is their front desk staff guy who had to "call the manager" and act as middleman to tell me these things. The manager didn't even have the fortitude to call me directly to tell me this bad news personally, which is interesting as well. I have played some 250+ escape rooms and while I've seen the whole spectrum of levels of customer service quality, it takes a lot to be so bad you don't even get someone you know to be a guaranteed customer to come in the door without first trying to extract an extra $84 out of him. I was quite looking forward to playing again, too. Meh.

Hi Nick, I understand your frustration with not being to play the themes here at our location with a single-person, but we do have indications on our website that a minimum of two people are required. You can find those indications under the FAQ section (https://imgur.com/a/Y61WrsD), as well as under each room's information. I have taken a screenshot of where it shows that on our website (https://imgur.com/a/wlaWMfO). As far as the credit card, two of the rooms that you booked for were not charged. They were requested and put on hold until the minimum number of player was met, which is two people. The one room that was charged $28.00, it was refunded to you immediately, and the charge did not go through on our end. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with this situation, but this is our company's policy of two people minimum. Reviews should not be based on company polices, but on the experience itself. We hope you understand. Thank you, Daniel

I thought this was a pretty fun room. I would rate it as a medium difficulty for experienced players. The room holds up to six. We had a group of five. I enjoyed the puzzles. Some of them I found easy but we did get stumped a couple of times. We managed to escape in about 55 minutes. I thought the staff was friendly. The room was well designed for everything to flow. I would come back and do another room here.

I was traveling with 4 other friends, and we decided to go to Adventure Vault to avoid the incoming rain storm, and boy am I glad we did! We did the Prison Redemption Room, which was the hardest one (we didn't know this going in!!). We started off handcuffed to one another and to the wall, and then had to figure out everything to get out of the room in under an hour. The staff member was great and had us all prepared for our adventure. We enjoyed every minute and were able to escape in 43 minutes! I would definitely recommend Adventure Vault for groups of friends, or families with older children.
