Water is shallow so do not expect to swim or snorkel, although if the weather is good you can take a boat trip out, but if only lazing on the beach the view of white sand, turquoise sea and palm trees make the trip worth...More

One of the best beaches in the USA with smooth white sand and shallow water. In October the water is warm and the beach not too crowded.

This park so so beautiful. The beach has a small reef with many colorful fish. It also has nice picnicking facilities. At $8/car plus 50 cents a person, it is a real bargain too.

Beautiful State Park. Beaches on both sides of the key. Nice short walking trail to an old bridge vista. They even have a gift shop. Great for camping, boating, swimming, or picnicking.
