Very nice staff and they are very helpful in letting you know the discounts that can be offered either with paper copies or on your phone. They also can set up for you on the phone a way to text once you are in Key West and are wondering about a discount.

We stopped by on the way down to Key West and the place is rather small and gift/souvenir choices limited. However, Tina (I believe she's the owner) was outstanding in terms of her recommendations and assistance with directions. She gave us a map that we used for our entire trip as it was the easiest to use and marked with her suggestions. This is a very practical stop if it's your first time to the Keys. We received some 20 coupon cards for drinks, food, and rentals probably amounting to several hundred dollars of value Tina even offered us her phone # in case we needed her during our vacation. As I said, outstanding! Thanks, Tina

This really is a gift shop with some local information available. The guy working there gave us several useful coupons however to use, especially in Key West. Lots of nice souvenirs.

The guy inside was helpful, but I wish he had personally experienced more of the actual tours on the list. He had some excellent recommendations on things to avoid. I hope his company gives him some cash or tickets to experience more of these, as I think they could sell a lot more tickets if their employees had more first-hand experience!!! The small gift shop was nice too.

The Key West Visitors Center is a great place to start your trek into Key West. It is a wonderful gift shop for all your Key West memorabila. Penny and her staff will assist you in scheduling all sorts of activities from water sports to dining, usually at a savings. As you trek down the Overseas Highway stop in for information and savings before you hit the Southern Most Point in the US. You will be glad you did.
