I’m totally disappointed with the cafe and reastaurant offer. The food is of poor quality, the prices are much too high ( 18 pln for tomato soup, 19 oln for żurek, 18 pln for zapiekanka), not to mention the fact that the food is given to clients by the same woman who touches the money ( basic hygiene standards) , and the wooden spoons are practically flat. There is nothing typically kaszubian to eat , unless one considers chips or zapiekanka to be a typical kaszubian dish. It’s a real shame that a place that is meant to promote Kaszuby completely forgot about Kaszubian kitchen.

What a wide variety of information and activities including the longest plank in the world (Guinness book of records), an upside down house and a train that transported hundreds of thousands of Polish prisoners thousands of kilometers to Siberia. One of our most memorable visits to the Kashubian region of Poland.

The museum consists of several buildings in spacious and green surroundings. Top attraction is the house that is upside down. Do go inside, it's quite an experience. Another impressive part is the train and Goelag camp house, which tells the story of the transports of people to Siberia. The park is well maintained and nice to walk through (neat and tidy). We ate at the local restaurant, which was really good, although we had some trouble with ordering as our waitress didn't speak any language besides Polish. Fish soup there was the best I ate in Poland this holiday. It is a family destination, there are several things to do for children but it is still very interesting for adults.
