The Center was closed, but the walkway was open. Such a lovely, relaxing spot! The boardwalk can be easily traversed with a stroller or wheelchair. On our February walk, we didn;t see any wildlife, but it woudl be fun to visit in other seasons.
If you are in Delaware don't loose the chance to walk at the Riverfront and visit DuPont Environmental Education Center. It's a nice place for kids to learn about sustentability, nature, and stuffs reletad.
