Coming from NJ I love the idea of just walking on any beach without paying. The beaches were very clean and well guarded.

The beach was very clean and well taken care of. The boardwalk added to the char. I would definitely go again.

Just left and miss it already! Pretty clean, not too crowded compared to other beaches, and within a walkable distance from most places near the boardwalk, it was a nice little gem. Very quiet in the morning, it does get busy by midday, but not too crowded to be enjoyable. Nice short walk over the sand to the water.

Easy walking town, lovely and peaceful. Great food choices and cute shops. Be careful to follow the rules there an off a lot of police.

Boardwalk crowded near the center of town but crowd thinned out as we walked north. Would have stayed longer but parking meter was running out of time.

While we liked the shops and restaurants that lined the boardwalk and Rehoboth Avenue, we found the beach to be very crowded. The beach area was definitely clean and filled with many things to do, however, it was just a bit crowded for our liking.

Very nice place to visit...but the new parking fees have doubled to $2 for an hour and they only let you put in for an hour if you use quarters. I was told that if I had an APP on my cell phone that I wouldn't have to watch the clock for the meter to expire. The meter police are... More

Rehoboth Beach is not your run-of-the-mill beach towns. It's several steps above the other beach towns that have dozens of junks souvenir shops, tattoo parlors, junk ford places, etc. The town also has some extremely beautiful neighborhoods with some fantastic homes.

Pretty beach, rough waves, icy water. Walk to left or right of boardwalk and beach is fairly empty at height of summer. Boardwalk has restrooms, arcades, and lots of snacks. Parking is a little challenging - coin metered or buy a permit.

Rehoboth Beach hasn't changed much in the past 60 years. The area around it has changed drastically. The farm fields gave way to mall chains, motels, houses, condos, etc. But the town of Rehoboth Beach is basically the same. Even the sycamore trees that welcome you to the town are the same. The "powers that be" wanted to widen the... More
