If you're looking for Miami, you're in the wrong place. That being said, if you want a nice, Mid-Atlantic beach that is good for families and has a variety of things to do, Rehoboth is nice. There are good restaurants, fun activities, and the town itself is nice. Plan to pay for parking, though!

We have been going to Rehoboth Beach for about 25 years. Love the small town feel to this beach town. Good restaurants good places to eat.

Nice clean beach with a lot of coast line to choose from. If you don't bring you own umbrella, they are not expensive to rent, on $12. Once you finish relaxing on the beach the boardwalk offers a good places to snack and shop.

The beach in Rehoboth Beach is really one of the nicer beaches around. Some other beaches in the area have lots of trash and disrespectful people. At Rehoboth beach, most people are respectful of others around them and the beach stays super clean. The waves are big and its always fun to go in the water. The town in nice.... More

Rehoboth Beach has a great beach !!! Beautiful water, usually see dolphins in the water, with "Sugar in the Raw" colored sand. The boardwalk has tons of food and fun, with lots of diverse families...straight/gay, black/white, couples/families/groups, young/old...all mingling, having fun and getting along!!! Plenty of restaurants for all budgets.

As a Sussex county local, we have to endure the summer months in Rehoboth where we're overwhelmed with the tourist deluge! We transition from 3,200 in the winter to 32,000 in the summer. The infrastructure is inadequate to handle the traffic, and the beach and boardwalk is jammed. Wait times for restaurants exceed 2 hours. The overflow crowds must seek... More

The sunset wedding was beautiful and the children had a great time building castles in the sand. The sand was clean and the ocean was calm. Perfect location!

Great beach, very crowded though. Beach ceremony was gawked at by onlookers who wouldn't move despite wedding ceremony occuring right behind them.
