Parking is crazy. Expensive and very unsafe. No sidewalk. People drive like nuts trying to find a metered spot Too much BS to have a good time. Go to Ocean city Maryland Far nicer

The Boardwalk in Rehoboth is a must experience event while in Rehoboth. The Boardwalk is full of nice dining, games and local shopping. In the summer, it gets a little hot and crowded, but still a very enjoyable experience.

Love walking around the boardwalk to people watch. Crowd is well behaved and orderly - much more so than Ocean City (I visit both each year - several times). Lots of excellent restaurants - much better than Ocean City Md. Lots of parking - but...More

It's a boardwalk. I don't find it that exciting. There are people everywhere, which makes it difficult to navigate and enjoy. Watch out for the holy rollers preaching the good word.

Rehoboth Beach boardwalk is just about a mile long. It is the perfect length for walking with kids. There are enough shops to keep the moms and kids happy for browsing for toys, jewelry, and souvenirs, but not too many for the dads to get...More

Well-maintained wooden boardwalk with many gift shops, specialty shops, pubs, restaurants, bars, and eateries. Nice place to walk around, people watch, enjoy the warm weather, and salty air.

Most of the stores and restaurants are open until Halloween and then they slowly start to drop off, although a good number are open year round.

Yes, they are a very short walk to the boardwalk. When you're in the area, suggest that you explore Lewes and the nature boardwalk and trail at the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. Ducks and geese are starting to show up.
