This was a great place to start your visit, although we didn't seem to be able to get our questions answered, maybe it was a new volunteer working. What we did absolutely love though, was the Farmer's Market immediately behind the information center. The four of us each bought an item, then went to the picnic tables and noshed.

A very nice preservation of history here. I have been to Rehoboth many times but never stopped because I am familiar with the area. For occasional visitors, it is worth stopping here to get information. The rail road and the rail road tracks had long gone but the good old station building is still here as a visitor center and museum. Stop to get information and read about the history and development of Rehoboth. It is located on the left side of Rt 1 A just before the Canal. There are plenty of short term parking and public facility if you need one.

It is home to the Chamber of Commerce. Walls are covered with brochures containing things to do, see and of course where to eat. above head is a funky train that runs thru the three rooms in the station. The woman that is there, is a font of information and fun to talk to.
