I visit the spa every time I'm in Rehoboth. The care they give their clients is outstanding. I see Ryan for my pedicures and she is fabulous. I highly recommend the spa to everyone.

My husband surprised me with a package for the afternoon: massage, facial, mani and pedi. DeVere did my massage and was phenomenal! He smoothed out every muscle and tendon on my body. I’ve had a lot of massages and this one was the BEST!! Milica did my facial and knew exactly which products to use on my cystic acne. My face felt moisturized and clean! Kaitlyn did my mani and pedi. She was polite and sweet and she is very meticulous! My nails look superb! Overall, the spa is aesthetically beautiful and clean. Everyone was friendly and accommodating! I’m so thrilled with my experience and would recommend this spa to everyone!…

Double great surprise. They could fit us in during a busy holiday week and were open on the 4th! Went with my sister-in-law. One of THE best massages I’ve ever had! Angel was outstanding! Definitely recommend!

This review is based on two visits; a Slow Beauty Pedicure on 5/28/19 and a Slow Beauty Manicure on 5/29/19. Location & Facility: Conveniently located on Rehoboth Avenue (main street in Rehoboth Beach) and only a few blocks from the beach. You enter into a bright, colorful, and well-presented shop. While this wasn't the focus of my visit, it's clear they offer a wide-range of commercial and more bespoke products. Check in for the spa and the cashier are located in the back left (this isn't immediately obvious). The entrance for the spa facilities is located in the back right of the store. The transition from shop to spa is well managed, and sounds from the street or the store are not noticeable once the door closes behind you. The color scheme is calming, and in keeping with a beach theme but without being kitschy. The massage chairs for a pedicure are clearly custom-built, and they add a refinement to the space. I was very impressed with the attention to detail, and the thoughtfulness of the spa. Every station is organized, and even those that are not being used are fully set with the spa menu resting against a tightly rolled towel. The spa has two bathrooms equipped with some trial spa products and showers. It was such a comfort to be able to shower after going from the beach to the manicure. Staff: I was a walk-in, and warmly welcomed. The staff worked to fulfill my requests and offered alternatives when I wasn't able to have back-to-back services. Everyone was attentive and upbeat. Lina was the brave soul that guided my ticklish feet through the pedicure, and Ryan S. was patient and knowledgable while providing my first manicure. Both ladies put me at ease, and deftly balanced small talk, insights into the various stages of the treatments, and space for me to close my eyes and enjoy the silence. I was offered a beverage before both services, and for the pedicure, Lina held the beverage while I got settled, and then pulled out a special shelf in the arm of the chair and set down the glass. Feedback and Suggestions: In order to wash the scrub off of my arms and hands during the manicure, I was escorted to the bathroom sink. This was awkward. Being able to rinse off at the station or perhaps at another space within the nail salon room would better maintain the experience. Both days there were two flies buzzing around the nail salon portion of the spa. I was never concerned about cleanliness, but they were annoying. The wall clock in the nail salon ticks loudly and can detract from the calming ambiance. Suggest offering reading material to guests, and offering a consistent menu of beverages (first visit I was offered water, but the second visit I was offered water or a "hot tea") Suggest ending treatments with tips for home care, and recommendations on products. As someone who is new to the products world, this would be very helpful. Final Thoughts: A warm and refined spa experience in a clean, comfortable setting staffed by well-trained and kind professionals.…
