We had family in from Ga. with a 4 year old so we went there with him and my 4 year old granddaughter. They had a blast. Everything was great for their age. The staff was friendly, the place was neat and clean. I would recommend this establishment for everyone with kids. We would like to have a birthday party here in the future!!

My granddaughter had her 4th birthday party here. We have done other bounce places before. This place to me is just average. I thought it was just a little too small, for the amount of bounce pieces they had. We most likely would not use this one again.

Kids had been begging to go here for a while since we had a gift card that we had won in a raffle. So, we stopped in here one day when the weather forecast indicated that it was not going to be such a great day for outdoor play. Inside, we were greeted, filled out waivers and were admitted into the play area. The kids love it here. They like the inflatable slide, bounce house and games. They will usually play for about an hour and a half before deciding that have had enough. However, as a parent, I am ready to go much sooner than that! The place really is geared towards young kids, in my opinion. I would think that older kids and teens would be VERY bored here. There is almost NOTHING for older kids or adults except maybe an arcade game or two. Games are not cheap, so consider that additional cost when planning a visit. Mine almost always ask to play the games once they tire of the inflatables. Overall, the kids had fun here for an hour or two. The place is brightly lit. They do offer free WiFi. The same handful of songs blares the whole time you are there, so be prepared for that. The inflatable play areas themselves seemed clean. However, you can see dust on the top of the inflatables AND THICK layers of dust around the bottom edge of ALL of the arcade games. Maybe their standard vacuum does not reach under the games and around the equipment, but they need to get an attachment and get to work! The dust was disgusting between and around ALL of the games!! Also, snack bar could be improved. Bottom Line: Good for a few hours of play on a cold or rainy day for families with SMALL kids.

We went here once before and I had some concerns (see previous review). Was unsure about trying for a second time, but the kids asked IF we could try it again. It had been a while and I had addressed my concerns with management previously, so I was hoping those concerns had been addressed and actually resulted in visible improvement. We had FREE passes once again, so I decided to let the kids give it a second try over Spring Break. When we stopped in, we were once again given waivers to play. I guess you have to fill them out each time you visit here, instead of just just annually like some of the other play places?? We were then told we were good to go. No instruction, nothing. Kids played for about an hour to 1.5 hours here. Place seemed clean this time. I did not see any candy and inflatables were not as visibly dusty. However, the pirate ship flap is still torn or loose at the entrance area. Staff did regularly patrol the floors at all times this visit. They were not engaging, but did seem to be watching the kids who were on the inflatables. However, I did still see children going down the slides head first and it was not addressed by employees. At one point, another child accidentally bumped into my child on one of the inflatables and their heads collided. I was happy to see that they had instant cold packs at the front desk for incidents such as these. That was a relief. When we were leaving, we stopped to inquire about the stamp to return later on the same day. We were not engaged by anyone as we were exiting, so IF we had not asked, we would not have gotten the pass. Another issue was the "FREE WiFi". I asked 2 separate employees for the password for the guest WiFi & was verbally given a password that did NOT work. Either their WiFi network was down or the password was incorrect. It would be nice IF they posted it on a sign somewhere for visitors to see. In general, The place seemed better patrolled by employees, but could still use some improvement in terms of enforcing better behavior. Place appeared clean. Restrooms were clean. Food selection is still limited to packaged snacks. Would still like to see that improved, as we had to leave for lunch. At least one game was broken, but most seemed to be functioning. Overall, the kids had fun. I think it is an OK play place. I do not think it is spectacular. It is probably good for small kids or toddlers. I think bigger kids would get bored fast. However, my kids did have FUN, so in their eyes it is above "average".

My daughters and I took my granddaughters here for first birthday fun. The 2 year old had been here before and she loves it. The baby enjoyed herself too with her mommy going down the slides with her. My daughters and I got a workout. LOL Will go again when baby is a little older.
