A small 18 hole par 3 course, tucked off of the bustling Coastal Highway. We played 5/11/21 and the greens were in perfect condition. As a matter of fact, I will say that they were in better shape than some of the "championship" full size courses in the area. Pace of play was good, laid back and not pretentious. Good for beginners (no bunkers or water hazards), families, or catching a quick (2-2.5hr) round while on vacation. Play all day for $18 and they also have pull carts and clubs available for rent. Course is walking only and runs about 5-6 miles (per my golf GPS pedometer). Hole lengths range from 65 yds to 150 yds. It had been a few years since I last played here and I was thoroughly surprised in the improvement in the course condition.

I have frequented this resort area for years. This executive 18 hole course is always a pleasure to play here. The attendant is pleasant and the course has only hit a whopping $18 for a round and a couple bucks to rent a cart and $1 for as many clubs as you need if you don't bring any with you.
The course is well tended, greens are fine. If you're expecting a PGA maintained course, forget it. But, its fine for the casual duffer and since all holes are PAR 3 (shortest 65 yards, longest 150 yards with most between 85-100 yards), it's a nice 3 hours with normal traffic of players.
Definitely recommend if you are a "moderate" player or if you want to teach someone how to play.

Midway Par 3's website accurately describes its offerings. From beginning golfers, occasional golfers, to everyday golfers, Midway Par 3 has something to challenge your skills. When you enjoy the game, no matter your skill set, you can always find some part of your game on which to work (i.e. hitting tee shots from the grass or artificial mats, distance control, club selection, approach shots from just off the green, putting).
After playing Midway Par 3 over the last many years, I can attest that the owners are friendly, the price is fair, the setting is relaxing, and the playing conditions are reasonable.

We discovered Midway Par 3 a few years ago when our young son started to get interested in golf and now we go there at least 2 or 3 times during the week that we spend in Lewes. Midway has a very nice, relaxed atmosphere, and the course is well-maintained. At $14, it is slightly more than a movie, making it a great value. One day they did not have the bag rental so they gave us the cart for $1 (normally $2 - also a good value) and our son enjoyed pulling that along as part of his caddying duties. They do sell drinks but the only food they have are peanut butter and cheese crackers.

We came here to teach my son how to play golf and enjoy a summer afternoon while at the beach.
This place is laid back and plays quickly and easily.
The owner/manager was very nice.
They have push carts you can rent for $2. It’s only $16 per person.
I highly recommend playing here, especially if you’re a beginner or just not very good. You want feel embarrassed.
We would definitely come back.

I love this beautiful par 3course. It has mature trees and rolling fairways. Although it is right on Rt 1, you would never know it because it is so tucked away. it's a great way to practice your short game and they have a driving range too. VERY reasonably priced. What a great way to relax and kill a couple of hours without breaking the bank.

I frequently come here by myself just for practice...a fast round-never even take the flags out. It stays in pretty good shape all summer long. There always seems to be a breeze which is a huge bonus in the summer! For $14 you can go in the morning and then come back in the evening.

Great for a beginning golfer who has graduated from putt putt but not ready for the big course yet.

We were pleasantly surprised at what a nice course this was! It's a pretty little course with many trees along the fairways and shady areas near most of the tee boxes which was very welcome in the heat of July. The greens are well kept. We played 2 rounds on our first visit, and it was a nice bonus that this is an 18 hole course so it didn't get monotonous. We intended to try out the other par 3 course in the area later in the week but ended up returning to Midway after driving through the other course's parking lot and seeing that it was completely without trees so every hole was completely in the blazing sun. We enjoyed our 2nd visit to Midway just as much as the first. It's a great course for couples when one spouse isn't an avid golfer, parents with kids, or a solo golfer with a spouse who'd like to take a nice walk. Other pros - very friendly and helpful staff in the pro shop, reasonably priced snacks and drinks for a quick break between rounds, decent bathrooms, course was not crowded.

Me and co workers come here a few times a year to play golf. The course is quiet, tucked away from the hustle and bustle if the highway. Greens are well kept and the place has some good scenery amongst all the trees. Well worth the small fee to play all day, come and go as you want all day.
