Just stopped in for tourist information on the area. The desk clerk was extremely kind and helpful. There are tons of travel brochures there and clean restrooms.

Was at the archives to assist someone with some genealogy research. The people there were knowledgeable about their collection and were able to help me find what I was looking for

What a wonderful place to do genealogy research. Such a nice building, and everyone was so helpful. We traveled from Indiana to Delaware to do research and were amazed at all the information we were able to find. This is a first class facility.

This public facility is one of the finest archives of information dating back to the 1700's. Be prepared to spend a half day to learn about the First State

You get a personal tour of the research room facility by expert archivists. The equipment available for free use is more than sufficient. They even have a microfilm... More

Visited this government building when I researched my family history. Very nice building. Clean and quiet. You have to be prepared to put your personal items in a locker as they are not allowed in the building where researching is conducted. You can leave items in your car. Take pencil and paper if you are doing a family history search.... More
