Got a tee time easily through golf now. Afternoon times were much cheaper than morning. Check in was easy. Someone was there to load our cart. They have a range, putting green, and chipping green. Took advantage. Did the second two 9s (the course is made up of three 9 hole sections). We are fast players and had no problem... More

I have not played golf since the end of 2014. I Have physical problems that prevent me from Playing. I was an average Golfer but could play with my son and grandson who are very good golfers and we all enjoyed I. The course can be challenging enough but not punishing

Played this course as part of a golf package put together by Pam's Ocean City Golf. The course was in very good shape, the folks were friendly and it wasn't too crowded when we played in October on Columbus Day weekend. It was pretty open and just right for players with around a 20 handicap. We had lunch in the... More

Very well maintained courses. There are 3 nine-hole courses here, but very easy to transition from the first 9 to the next 9 holes.

Bear Trap Dunes is only a short drive to Bethany Beach, and they offer a shuttle during the summer. They have indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, hot tub, dry sauna, golf course, restaurant and bar. I don't golf, but I used the facilities and they were very nice. The golfers seemed happy. The property is nicely laid out (although... More

Restaurant is poorly managed. No one there and we cancelled our lunch order after 20 mins since our tee time was soon. Also floors are coated with something that would allow you to slip. BE WARE!

I first discovered Bear Trap Dunes when it first opened in the summer of 1999. Now 16 years later, and coincidently playing there during its anniversary celebration, the course has matured and presents the Nicklaus designed hole challenges with much more difficulty. Like most of his course designs, there are a fair number of dogleg holes, water comes into play... More

... this is a definite to be played course!... for our golf group this one is a wow!... right off the first tee. Beautiful layout with a well kept course and warm staff. Nicely priced. Easy to get to when visiting the Ocean City MD area. Happy travels.

It was a great experience to play in this course. We went there in October, which was off season, and the course was not crowded. All the staff were so friendly. There was a snack shack near the club house. We played the Kodiak and then the Black Bear. Both were in excellent condition. We saw maintenance people in several... More
