It’s not in the dictionary, but if it was, Go Ape would be described as a ‘tree top adventure’.That means we build giant obstacle courses up in the trees using ladders, walkways, bridges and tunnels made of wood, rope and super-strong wire, and top it all off with the world's best zip lines. We then equip people with harnesses, pulleys and carabiners, give them a 30 minute safety briefing and training and let them loose into the forest canopy, free to swing through the trees. Of course, instructors are always on hand, regularly patrolling the forests (not in monkey suits unfortunately!)The result is spectacular. The Go Ape experience gets the adrenalin pumping, gets people out of their comfort zones and above all (no pun intended), it’s just great fun.

I have been dying to try the Go Ape course and I am happy to say it fulfilled my expectations! Everything at Go Ape ran super smoothly. From parking to check in, it was all super simple. I was a little intimidated at the initial briefing because our guide spoke so fast, but they have everyone do several practice runs.... More

This course was so much fun! The instructors were super nice and made sure you were comfortable to climb. There were two coursed you could choose from and Extreme and a Moderate. I did the Extreme and my friends did the moderate and we all had so much fun with great laughs! If you want a good bonding trip with... More

On a whim, I discovered that Go Ape had an obstacle course/zip line facility an hour away from me in Bear, DE in Lums Pond State Park. I ordered tickets easily online and selected a date and time that I wanted to arrive. People from 10 to 87 have been on the course in Delaware – which is not to... More

This ropes course was SO fun! There were 4 in our group and we had a blast. It is a pretty athletic course but there are some modifications you can make at each stop if you want to have more or less of a challenge. The guides were great at orienting us to the course and the equipment, and once... More

Definitely make a reservation in advance and plan to be there for about three hours to complete the course (because of waiting on larger groups in front of you sometimes). The staff was fantastic, the adventure was awesome, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone trying to challenge themselves. There were moments when I was nervous but went ahead and... More

We went as a group of 21 and it was a blast. 5 great lines and traversing through the tree lines almost 40 feet above the ground. The course was clean and the people were great. There was always a guide around on the ground to make sure everything and everybody was ok. Can't wait to go back""

Oh boy. I must confess, I was a little intimidated by the height of the paths, but I managed to get through it. I must say, it really was a wonderful experience. I went as a team outing with my team from work, who all happen to be under 31 years of age. I on the other hand might be... More

My kids and I had a blast. What a great work out the day before school started back up. Test your nerves high up in the trees on the Tarzan swing and 2 zip lines. Lot's of fun.
