Having spent 4 days in the beautiful Ella and Nuwara Eliya areas we were disappointed by this factory tour. Short and non motivational followed by pressure to buy what we discovered later was “expensive” tea.

I don't remember seeing any public buses at the destination. Most of them were chartered buses or cars there.
