iFloat provides state of the art floatation services, which is the experience of floating in warm water that has a high concentration of Epsom salt. It is like floating on warm air. There is no light and almost no sound. it is deeply restful. There are many benefits to floating.

WOW - what an Experience! I've got to do this again!

Wasn't sure what to expect, or if I could even do it (slight fear of water), but after a while, I literally 'floated' away. Let your mind wander and you'll be amazed at what you focus on and remember/experience! I did a 90 minute float my first time, and I've told so many friends about it that we're going back... More

I had never floated before. I find it difficult to relax at times, so I wasn't sure how I would do. It was very relaxing and the staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

A friend of mine visits ifloat from New York each weekend. When I came up to visit her, she told me she scheduled appointments for ifloat. What a fantastic idea to start a relaxing weekend! When you walk into ifloat you are greeted by a highly professional staff. They offer you a video to watch so you understand everything you... More

This was my first time doing something like this, so I can say that I was skeptical at best with no real expectations of what I would get out of this. I came here on the first day of a week-long vacation so I took this as an opportunity to destress and relax. Once you get in the pool, close... More

I live an hour away from Ifloat but its always worth the drive. As soon as I walk in I begin to relax. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. If you have never done it before you will watch a video and get a tour from one of the staff and you can ask all the questions you want.... More

We were visiting the area and with great trepidation booked a session for both of us. It was fabulous! The staff walks you through exactly what to do and what to expect. There is a 5 minute video that also explains the float session. If you are apprehensive about floating in a dark space, don't be. You can leave the... More

I have been suffering from chronic pain from fibromyalgia for many years and have constantly searched for alternative treatments outside of taking medicines. I also had back surgery in Dec. 2014, which I still suffer from that pain. I found this place just when I was at the end of my rope. I've spent the whole summer going once a... More

I first went to iFloat in March of 2013. I had heard about sensory deprivation tanks from many people, but did not have a suitable place to go in my city. I made an appointment with David at iFloat, roped in a friend, and drove three hours to Westport. I am glad that I did because it changed my life.... More

IFloat is such a unique place/space. It is a clean comfortable place open to the community. There are four large float rooms private each with their own shower and changing area. The staff is professional and courteous. You have a private room where I showered and then let myself into the tank space and relaxed for 90 min, accessing slower... More

I always believe that you should try anything once just as long as it won't hurt others. So I decided to try floating and have been hooked for over a year. At first it's a little uncomfortable because being in one of the float chambers by yourself makes you do something we don't always do - confront ourselves. Through floating... More
