- Cyn M1 contributionInteractive, exciting, keeps you on your toesI went with my niblings ages 11-16 to the End of days room (which they call a "tec" room because it's more like magnets and puzzles instead of unlocking locks! )... we all had so much fun. Ive been to other local escape rooms that have multiple rms but this 1 was perfect for 1st timers. It had so much involved in 1 room, comparing it to other places seems unfair and the only reason to deduct 1 star (Im sorry, but the "whats behind the next door" is really exciting for some). Let me not forget Ms.Avery!! What a great host. She really got us motivated to start. Rules were explained thoroughly. Even after mentioning the cell phone rule, watched my niece send a last text and kindly/respectfully/professionally reminded her of the cell phone policy before we entered the room without directing it at her /putting her on the spot or any scolding. We won the game (always a bonus) and it was a challenge without us feeling like it was impossible. We did the Jekyll/Hyde based game. For my 19th birthday I wanted to do an escape room with a few of my friends. I eagerly booked The Hydeout for my friends and I- to say the least, we had a blast. Our Puzzle Master Spencer was amazing, especially for dealing with a group of teenagers on a Wednesday night. He was really funny, captivating, and motivated us during the actual escape room which helped us when we had no idea what to do next. I definitely recommend for any teenagers out there looking for a fun night with a few friends, and make sure to request Spencer because he really is the best!

Escape rooms are a bit of a hobby for my wife and I. We’ve been to many all around the country. This one really stood out for a number of reasons. First and foremost, our game master Lily was welcoming, enthusiastic, helpful when asked for hints without giving the game away, and when we finished, she took time to talk with us about our entire experience. It’s not like that everywhere, folks - a lot of times, they just want you out so they can reset the puzzles for the next group.
Second, the atmosphere in the room was very well done. The lighting, the setup of the room and the music all added to the tension of the situation. Once the door closes and the game starts, you absolutely are transported into this scenario.
Third, and most important in my mind, are the puzzles. I will not give anything away here. But from experience with many escape rooms, I can tell you that these are some of the most original puzzles that I’ve come across. You won’t find any of those standard letter/number padlocks in this room. There’s a great flow to the puzzle structure. Solving one points you to the next and the details are fantastic. My wife and I solved the room with 6+ minutes to spare, and used two hints. If you have escape room experience, this room should be a challenge, but solvable. For beginners, you may have a little more trouble getting acclimated to the room, but still, you should be able to follow the logic and solve the puzzles. Highly, highly recommended.

We hosted a corporate event at Mission Escape Games and everyone loved it. Each person had such a great time and can't wait to go back. Customer service was beyond helpful and Joshua was extremely informative and professional. Booking the rooms went very smooth as well. I would encourage everyone to check out these rooms!

My husband and I had our first date out since covid started. You are in a private room and there was a good, visible attention to safety. Our game master wouldn't touch things we were going to touch in the room. That was a great reassurance that Mission Escape was taking covid seriously.
Our room had no combo locks!!!! That was a wonderful change from some other escape rooms that tend to be combo lock heavy. We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves. The puzzles were fun and varied. We even escaped! We're going back to the other room very soon!

I visited Mission Escape Games for my birthday yesterday with my fiancé, best friend, and his girlfriend. Three of us had done escape rooms in the past and one hadn’t.
Justin was our game master and he was great. He gave us the rules, explained the room, and let us get to it.
The room itself is well done. There are some surprises and unexpected things. That’s all I’ll say without ruining anything. We were all competitive and asked what the success rate was (less than 50%). It’s turned out that it was less than 40%. Happy to say we were one of few groups that escaped successfully and with more than 20 minutes left on the clock!
Excited to go back and try the other room available. Justin mentioned it’s got a lot more tech in it which I’d definitely like.

My friend and I took our four "tween" daughters and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The guide (Swan) did a really phenomenal job of giving the girls gentle nudges in the right direction without giving away any of the game. The room itself was far more sophisticated than I had anticipated, with actual sensors triggering advances in the game. I was also impressed that the puzzles, while challenging, did not require a lot of outside knowledge, so that everyone was able to participate fully. Would highly recommend.

Mission Escape is taking all necessary precautions to ensure customer safety during this time. The room itself was very engaging and we all really enjoyed the puzzles. Shoutout to Justin for being super helpful throughout the night!

We tried their Jekyll and Hyde room as our first escape room ever. We had a blast. Our oldest wanted to book an escape room for their birthday so we came back a month later and did the end of days room. Also very fun and different from the first room. Well themed and good array of puzzles in both rooms. The rooms are quite dark, so it can be challenging to see small details sometimes, so be aware.
The staff are friendly and welcoming. They will give nudges if you are stuck or miss something for too long. You can also get 3 hints that you ask for (has to be a unanimous decision for a hint) .
Wish they had more rooms, but for the moment, it's only the two. Both totally worth doing!
At some point they plan to have up to 4 rooms, so looking forward to that. May have to try a different place to sate the urge to play again!

This was a marvelous experience. The facility is spotless ad the staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the challenging clues based on the unique story line. My family and I have participated in many rooms put on by many companies but I highly recommend this particular experience ! We will absolutely be back to try other rooms!

Zack was such a great puzzle master, really assumed the role in his presentation of the room for The Hydeout. Highly recommend! He guided us through the challenging parts of the room without giving away too much, it was the perfect balance of helping without giving too much away. Thank you Zack!

how long does it take to do the escape room?

Hi! You're given 1 hour to complete your mission. We ask all our customers to arrive 15 minutes prior to their game so that we can go through all the rules and storyline. And after the game we would take a group photo for you. So I would say around an hour and half for the full experience.
