Fanis, the guide, is an islander with a true love of nature and the landscape. His knowledge and friendliness help to make the hikes an enjoyable experience. Plus, you get to visit some hidden gems. Thoroughly recommended.

We were led on a magical walk to Merichas Cliff by Fanis to see the raptors at sunset. The paths were easy and mostly paved but the experience was wonderful and Fanis told us so much about the island of Iraklia, its people and its wildlife.

Restaurant Submarine in Iraklia is a great restaurant with traditional greek food an friendly staff plus local drinks for desser. We had a great evening there as a family so go there.
