Came with group of 6 women to celebrate a birthday. Spa services--massages, pedis and manis were excellent. Front desk and staff seemed very young and inexperienced-overwhelmed with group..hard time finding reservations, giving directions or information about spa layout/where to change etc. Locker area very small-difficult with group of 6. Biggest disappointment-pool area...lots of kids in pool. Spa pool should be... More

I read reviews before but I must say my experience for my first seaweed wrap and massage was great..Very helpful staff and clean spa..Keep up on customer service Elemis Spa! Just a thought maybe an undercover boss episode so you know your spas are kept to great standards in customer service!! Lol..😃

The other March 2016 reviews of this spa were spot on in my opinion. I reserved a couples massage at this spa in hopes of having a romantic and relaxing evening with my girlfriend. Upon arrival I prepaid for the couples massage, which was about $336. When I was brought in to the massage room, however, I was informed that... More

The massage therapists at Elemis are great but there is something missing at this spa. The front desk staff are novices and the locker room seem oddly small, cramped and poorly maintained. Staff was AWOL much of the time. The lounge areas are tiny and not at all relaxing and very noisy. Considering the cost I would expect much more.... More

I recently visited Elemis Spa for a day of relaxation. To start, I thought my actual spa experience was great. I had a facial and paraffin wax for my feet. The rest of the experience was not satisfactory. When entering the glass enclosed spa concierge, three young women stood behind the counter. Not one of them greeted me as I... More

Had a wonderful relaxing day with my daughter. Yes do use the Groupon coupons because the 20% tip which should be optional and taxes does add up. The jacuzzi and relaxation room was nice. My daughters nails chipped before we had even left the spa after the manicure. The pedicure was wonderful. They did offer to repaint the nails but... More

My cousin and I bought groupons for the mani-pedi at Elemis spa. We had a nice experience. Our nail techs, Nicole and Jessica, were awesome! Both were very friendly and really went out of their way to make our experience great! Just be aware that the groupon does not include a 20% service fee which is actually the tip. So,... More

Just visited Elemis Spa again..what a day! There you can get a massage, manicure, pedicure, haircut..and more. Plan to spend the day, start with a coffee at Starbucks..proceed to checkin and start to relax. Relax in the whirlpool or sauna while you wait for appointment. Don your fluffy robe and enjoy your treatment. After that go right to the indoor... More

If you receive a groupon gift to Elemis Spa, Elemis Spa will charge you, the gift recipient, for extra charges and fees that they never tell you about. Granted, it's in the fine print of the groupon, but since I got the groupon as a gift I was not aware of the fine print. Elemis spa knew I received this... More
