Grounds and venue would be the perfect location for a wedding. Well manicured, picturesque with staff catering to the event. Unfortunately we were there for a tasting and a wedding was being staged which took focus from the tasters, but still well worth the trip. 4 wines in the tastin. Would have hoped for a taste of the cab franc/Merlot... More

Stunning grounds. Adequate parking. And then you go inside...it's a re-purposed airplane hangar, from "back in the day," and now it houses the wine making facility. It's just amazing. Tasting prices are reasonable & the clerk was very helpful. Spotted a gigantic cedar (?) tree, adjacent to the vineyard, with several Adirondack chairs underneath. Headed straight out there. Enjoyed a blissful... More

Very picturesque. Overall I enjoyed my experience, although the wine tasting did not seem to have the personal feel I had experienced at other wineries.

The wines are good, not amazing. The tasting is a little expensive for what you get (only 4 wines without the glass for $10, other vineyards in the area offer more wines and the glass for a similar price). But if you know what you like already, just buying a bottle to drink in the awesome yard is fun!

Friendly staff, some of the best CT wine I've tasted and gorgeous views! Learned a lot about the wines and the weddings they have there. Definitley want to go back for a longer visit!

We were spending a weekend away in the area and stopped in for a visit the staff was very friendly. The wines were surprisingly good (I did not realize you could get decent wines from CT)

When Hubby & I visit my parents in CT, we love to swing by this amazing vineyard. It's not far from the highway yet watch for their sign or you'll drive right by the entrance. The grounds are spectacular as they overlook the saltwater marsh...hence their name. The tasting hall is a renovated airplane hangar from ages ago which makes... More
