This artisan cheese operation is definitely worth a visit on your gourmet journey of the island. Great varieties and great tastes! The store is spacious & inviting, with a great viewing room to see where production happens and historic cheese artifacts. Well done!

This stop was part of our excursion while on a cruise and turned out to be very pleasant. We tasted 5 of their cheeses which were all very good. Excellent presentation and explanation of the different cheeses. Most people brought some home.

Artisan award winning cheese from a family owned artisan operation ... this should be a first stop for lunch and appetizers. A glass of wine and you're good to go!

We knew the good cheeses, but just discovered their meats. They make the best terrine de veau (veal terrine) and sell these delicious crackers. Worth the visit and buy!
