Capt. Mark and first mate Will were beyond excellent. One cast of the net got us more bait than we could use and maximized our fishing time. From the first drift on we were hooking up doubles and sometimes triples every drift. Capt. Mark and Will take a lot of pride in what they do and are very knowledgeable. Top of the line equipment and tackle made for nearly zero down time. Highly recommend booking your next fishing trip with Kingfisher if your looking to have fun and catch big fish.

Fantastic experience with our expectations blown away. Captain Mark knows where the fish are and how to catch them. Everyone caught several large fish from the first drift to a triple as the grand finale including the biggest of the day. He then perfectly cleaned a few for us to take home. Had a great time, wish we could go back tomorrow! Thanks Captain, see you again soon!

Watching my Twins fight stripers and blues. First time fisherman, mono on mono, no heavy umbrella rigs. Capt Mark and Will were professional, patient and so inter-active. A well rounded experience. Their recommendation for the Liberty Inn was the perfect Billet for fisherman, clean and prices well. We will ceetainly repeat again.

One of the best fishing experiences of my life (and I lived 2 summers and fished every day in the inside passage in Alaska). Captain Mark is a total professional, and his mate Will worked nonstop to provide our party of 4 with a great experience. We hooked so many fish, between 80-100, that we could barely hold the poles by the end of our 6 hour charter. I highly recommend and can't wait to return. No frills. Direct and kind instruction. As good as it gets.

I had a chance to fish with Kingfisher Charters on Sunday for some Black Sea Bass in Long Island Sound.
What a fantastic trip. Captain Mark Anderson put us right on the fish. We had jumbo size keepers coming over the rail immediately. Once the bite slowed he would move us to another spot and the bite was on again.. Captain Mark was not afraid to move around to keep the action hot. We had our boat limit of fish in a couple of hours.
The Kingfisher boat was extremely clean and they kept it that way all through the day. Pete, who was mating that day, would spray down the boat numerous times while moving between drifts to make sure it was clean and no one was getting any squid juice or blood on themselves. Bait was plentiful and cut into good size strips.
The boat also has two new 250hp engines that made the ride out to the fishing grounds super fast and smooth.
Overall a fantastic day on the water and I highly recommend Kingfisher Charters out of Old Saybrook, CT.

Had a great time. The boat was awesome and Capt. Mark was very serious about getting us on the fish. He even stayed out a little bit extra to ensure we all caught something. I will definitely be going out again with Capt. Mark.

Mark had us on fish from the time the first sinker dropped and stayed on them the entire time. He is knowledgeable and patient in working with folks with differing levels of experience. I would definitely recommend going out with him!

First class guide with a first class mate.
Had us on fish drift after drift multiple doubles and multiple fish 40 inches or better. We ended up boating 13 fish by 10am. Thanks Marc and Chris.
