We are in town on business and took our 3 year old to the aquarium. She was a bit nervous at first because it's not well lit in some areas. She loved the play areas and watching the seals get fed the most, she hated the blow up whale you go inside of. I liked that there were plenty of... More

My husband loves aquariums so we decided to surprise him on his birthday this year. We had never visited this aquarium before. It was delightful! We received a free IMAX movie with our ticket purchase and saw "The National Parks" narrated by Robert Redford. It was amazing! A must see on an IMAX screen. The aquarium was clean and enjoyable!... A great way to spend the day with children both educational and entertaining. I highly recommend seeing a movie in the IMAX theater.

We (mother in law, 7 yr old, 9 yr old, 12 yr old and myself) loved the Maritime aquarium! It was so nice that 90% of the aquarium is inside, in the AC. We visited each exhibit multiple times in our 4 hour visit to the aquarium. We enjoyed the seal feeding show, the butterfly exhibit, the scuba divers in... More

A fun place to go. Kids can see live animals and even touch some. IMAX is awesome. Be prepared to spend some money, Cost for four of us (2 seniors and 2 grandchildren) amounted to $58 plus $8 for parking.

On our way to MA for a wedding we set aside time to visit the aquarium. First off, we did not set aside enough time- we could have stayed all day. The exhibits were great and the movie fun. Loved the flow of going inside and out. Will definitely go back.

When we have family reunions our house guests this is a great venue because there is something for every age. So many places are age specific. We have had toddlers to those in their 90's together. Also, when the weather is rainy or too hot or too cold. This is a perfect place to stretch your legs and let little... More

The maritime aquarium never disappoints! The butterfly exhibit, Meerkat exhibit, and touchable jellyfish are wonderful additions. Don't miss it!

Great place to spend time with my grandson, daughter and son-in-law. Convenient parking. Easy walking. Plenty to interest the young and old alike. And, all within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. Reason for a 4-star review is the price, which is a bit high.
