Arrived with a large group, ran into some issues and had no one to talk to. Staff are rude and extremely unhelpful.

You have invested so much in your facility, but you need to invest more in hiring staff that has a more welcoming attitude, especially toward first time guests. I will not return.

I had my three year old sons party here today. It was wonderful! The staff were very attentive and made sure everything was perfect! (I am also very picky) my hosts name was Amber she was wonderful. Thanks again IT best birthday party yet!

Yes. Jeans are a good choice. Skirts and dresses will require shorts underneath.
