My wife and I had a chance to stop by the cider mill while staying in the area. It had been over 20 years since the last time we were there. It was nice to see that, for the most part, nothing had changed. It's a great look at how things use to be and a great place to get... More

We got a recommendation from a carpenter working on a house in Watch Hill, RI. We were staying less than ten miles from the Mill so on this our last day we stopped in. When we first got there there was a tour bus and the mill was not running. But a few minutes later they were gone. We watched... More

Always popular, especially in the fall. Apple cider donuts and apple cider bring in the crowds on the weekends.

We stopped here while in Mystic, and we liked it. The mill was not operating, but a nice little shop with all the usual fall treats. Well worth the trip.

Stumbled across B.F Clyde`s during a day trip to Mystic. Very busy Little Cider Mill. The main store has a very nice selection of Cider and Other Items available. We purchased some pumpkin bread.Which the kids loved. I was a little surprised that there was no Apple bread but there are several other fresh baked Items to choose from. They... More

We toured the mill and found it very interesting how they crush the apple and make cider. This tour is for every age group They had maple and win tasting and a general store which was very crowded about a 25 min or so wait just to get in We chose to not wait High recommend for ant age

My husband and I were looking for something to do and it being apple time we decided to go see what this place was about..very crowded ..we left with a gallon of cider, an apple pie and apple cider donuts. All of the above was very good ..only reason I gave it 4 stars is being over crowded

I have been going to B.F. Clyde's Cider Mill since I was a child - we used to watch them press the apples then buy some cider. It is a historic gem but has gotten so commercialized - it's more of a gourmet food shop now. I would recommend that people go during the week or during inclement weather to... More

This was recommended by a local, and it is a fall must! Enjoy hot cider doughnuts, maple syrup samples, hard cider & cider wine samples while seeing the process of an old cider press. A true taste of fall! Gets full quickly...go early.

Went to Clydes for some fall festivities. The mill was ok, we just kind of wondered around aimlessly for a while as there is no real point. Little did we know that the Town of Stonington USES the patrons who park along North Stonington Road as a revenue generation source. There is little parking available on the mill property so...
