We lucked out as we were able to book the second to last weekend to the season ending. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive while adhering to the current state guidelines for COVID. Our party of four soared over the fall foliage breathing in the crisp air. We only wish it was longer- so much fun!

We had a great experience. The people who work there are great! Enthusiastic, accommodating, friendly etc! The price is a bit steep for the experience but I'm sure that their costs are high as well. We enjoyed it but doubtful we would do it again. We also had a 7:30 reservation and got to see an amazing sunset. That was an added bonus.

The ride was exhilarating. Once I was snug in the gear I felt comfortable and it was a gorgeous trip down. The staff was patient and helpful. This was my first time at Foxwoods, so finding the correct parking location and the zipline desk was the most stressful part. A map in the information would help. After gearing up, the stairs were a challenge for this 70+ year old but overall a fun experience. Gonna do it again.

Line was very slow, others flew way past me! I could feel myself slowing down almost as soon as I took off and I got stuck at the end! One of the workers had to come get me. Now I’m packing on a little post baby weight at 180 but that shouldn’t slow me down enough to get me stuck like that. I followed all the rules about posture and what not. The view was beautiful I will admit. One of the guys did offer me another free ride if I wanted but declined due to time constraints. I’d suggest asking them to give you a good push from the get go if you want a good ride.

There are many factors that might have slowed you down. Wind condition, humidity, and weight. Hope the next trip you make it in. Thanks for your review.

My sister and I did it for our birthdays "76 &66", we have been talking about this for a few years, and we finally got the nerve up to do it. It was fabulous. Had a beautiful day to zip-line. We laughed so much. Great for any age. A little scary because your up so high, but it was great.

What an experience, from the ticket sales to the landing.
We were fortunate enough to fly during a traditional ceremony or wedding going on. Even though the flight was delayed for the ceremony it was very professionally handled and the staff kept us informed the entire time. The people also riding on this flight that complained do not understand about being on tribal lands. This is their reservation and we must obey their rules. I would so do this flight again it was wonderful the staff was so courteous and experienced it made it a wonderful flight.

The staff was wonderful and did a great job, however if you are looking for an exciting zipline experience, this is definitely not it. You are so far above anything that can be used as a frame of reference that it feels as if you are barely moving. 5 stars to the staff, 1 star for the actual experience; especially considering the cost.

This was a highlight to our road trip vacation! Not only was the staff friendly, fun, and knowledgeable ~ they went above and beyond helping with the youngest little who got a grounds eye view and filmed us from the landing point. I’d do this all day on a day pass! The scenery was on point! Thank you for making our trip memorable!

High Flyer Zipline was amazing! Everyone was so courteous and professional. Ride was incredible and so much fun. We would do again and again. My husband zoomed right past me (as he weighs more) I needed a little pull in at bottom as I don’t weigh a lot. Experience was a 10 star. Thank you to the whole staff. We were also able to meet Rachel Metzger the Director of Operations

Hi! All of your pocket belongings will be placed in a "FlyBag" and go down with you - wallet/ phone/ keys/ loose shoes, etc. If you have large luggage the hotel concierge will hold on to them for you.
