If you want to just chill out and take rest, it is the best place to visit. Its altitude is quite high and may take time to acclimatize, but the experience is so calming.

Risum Resort is good one. If you are travelling on budget, you can stay in Homestays - Ugyen Homestay and hospitality is good in case you want to experience local Bhutanese culture, cuisine and people.
