We love walking in the woods and looking for birds so this was the perfect place to visit. The education center looked very nice but we didn't spend anytime inside. They are currently working on trail maintenance so there was a detour to the trailhead. Once we figured out which way to go the trails were beautiful and provided a... More

I haven't been here in years and they have done a lot to make it a worthwhile place to visit. The trails are many and varied. We walked three miles and could have done more. I saw a young family heading out onto the trails pushing a baby buggy. I almost suggested they turn around as I don't think most... More

Bring your family and take a tour or walk the trails. Very educational and peaceful. And of course, lots of birds to see, particularly during the migration season.

Perfect place for nature walks with the family of small children. Enjoyed the preserve and plenty of birds and animals to observe and create a scavenger hunt for the kids with.

Although it is not a must if you are in the zone, Autumn provides excellent sensations at this great location. I enjoyed the fantastic colours of the fallen leaves and their combination with dead trees and big rocks. Simply excellent!!

Nice spot for a hike and to learn some things about nature. Both my kids like it here and the special events are certainly worth a visit.

A back country oasis with hiking trails through the woods and wetlands, flora and fauna everywhere, to be enjoyed by all ages. Of special interest are their educational programs.

I have visited this nature center in all seasons, and for everything from concerts to birdwatching lectures to just the gift shop. The programs are always excellent; the center arranges many special off-campus events as well as on-site classes and walks. The gift shop is appealing for adults and kids. Good parking. Definitelly worth a visit.
