Love it!!!

Great place!!! Love the children's services and the yearly used book sale. Ebook selection improving....don't have to wait too long for the popular titles.

This library is the host of so many community events and gatherings in Farmington from shows to tutoring to awesome research archives to summer programs to fairy house building. It is not a giant library, but it is welcoming and friendly and involved in the community.

I love the Farmington Library not only for the extensive collection but for the many adult education free talks they have there as well. In addition, I recently took my 5 1/2 year old twin granddaughters to the library's children's room. What a wonderful area! Not only is it the largest children's library area I've ever been in but they... More

The library is conciniently located. They have excellent collection in all fields. The staff is super helpful and considerate. Every thing seems very well organized and accesible. Fortunately or unfortunately we had to relocate to Los Angeles and I will miss this place.

the children's library is on the first floor and is much less a place for reading (but don't worry, there is a huge selection of books and cozy places to read them!) The library has enough open space that kids can explore- the large puppet theater in the back, the finely stocked fish aquarium, the train table, the wall set... More

The Farmington Libraries are just the best. I brought my grand children for a visit and was amazed at all the exciting and interesting programs and sights; a salt water aquarium, puppet theater, a mechanical horse and amazingly friendly staff. In addition, I learned how to download a book to my iPad.

Connecticut has some really great libraries and the Farmington library is wonderful. The kids section is awesome. I used to take my kids here frequently when they were little. Lots of play areas, lots of computer access for kids (with learning programs) and lots and lots of books, as well as toys/puzzles/games on loan. The adult section is great, too.... More

Anyone who is a resident of Farmington Hills feels very proud of our Library for a variety of reasons. The building is great: it is modern, spacious, comfortable. The living room where you can sit to read newspapers and magazines is very inviting. The PC room has several machines and a printer, as well as personal ready to help. The... More
