The reviews are right on the money. This is a real gem run by a top notch staff. It has loads of activities staffed by a huge number of what I assume are young volunteers. The areas are creative and the staff could not be nicer. I had a 3 year old and a 5 year old with me and... More

They have so many hands on activities. Very educational. They even have live pets to see. Very friendly staff. When your done stop and have ice cream before you leave.

I took my two granddaughters 4 and six and it was only hunger that drove them out. We went on a late Wednesday Morning and the place when we go there was pretty empty. They pretty much had the place to themselves. I say that because I'm not sure how it would have accommodated a large crowd. You get the... More

Great place for a kids party. Good party room then lots of fun things to do on two floors. Easy to get to. Large playing areas, tons of playing areas along with learning.

The Imagination Museum is a great museum for children, there are a number of hands on exhibits, they have a room with animals. There is a café that serves great food, some of the things on the menu are ham and cheese sandwiches, grilled cheese sandwiches and more. They also have ice cream I have eaten there a few times... I brought my 2 year old son for a mommy and me day. We had a lot of fun. Many different areas to explore with building, pretend play, cultural learning, science, water play, animals (aquarium type...snakes, rabbit, etc), art, space. He loved the drums in the cultural room and the farm/kitchen play. I could see him enjoying something different each... More

We recently visited the imagine nation children's museum and we fell in love with it. It is an amazing children's museum with many hands on exhibits and activities for the whole family to enjoy. I just wish that they'd add a dinosaur exhibit because my son is completely in love with dinosaurs and kept asking if they had any.

The place is small but we'll organized seems to be for smaller children. The day I went they were making popcorn which triggered the fire alarm and outside we all went. The activities are short and don't grab attention to older kids above let's say 10. I think I have to opt to look for a more age correct place... More

Great place for young and young-at-heart to have a fun time together. I will also say that I am a bit bias as my sister works here. Her imagination comes thru every exhibit they have.

The area surrounding the museum is a bit on the unsavory side until you drive 5 minutes away and there's a beautiful lake. The museum is on the corner of two one way streets and parking was not easily marked. Parking lot is not on Pleasant Street. I can't remember the name of the other one way street, but parking...
