It's not a large zoo, but big enough for a few hours, regardless of the age of the group. It may be the only zoo in CT, so convenience is definitely a factor. Great space for picnic or kids party too.

This is a great place to bring kids! There are more exhibits than I expected. It's not as big as the Bronx zoo, but for a local zoo it is decent size! You can see the whole zoo in a couple hours. Worth checking out

I think this place is perfect because is not too big or too small and for the price you can't complain. They have a lot of animals exhibitions plus they take real good care of them. Always is fun to visit!!

Went a few years ago with the kids and saw all the signs of animals with very little quality of life. No clean water. Pacing. Won't go back.
