I've done probably over 20 different escape rooms over the past decade. I've seen some really good ones and some pretty lame ones. This one at Team vs Time was excellent. The young gentleman at the front desk did a great job setting up the background story to get our party of four in the right frame of mind.
The first room was incredibly challenging but the employee gave us enough time to get frustrated before giving us our first of two clues. The clue itself was just enough to keep us going without being obvious. Same thing about 15 or 20 minutes after that when we were struggling again and he gave us our second clue.
By the time we were about to complete the solution, our time ran out but he knew we were close to finishing, so he gave us a couple extra minutes to take it to completion.
I will gladly return to this escape room to try out their other rooms!

Gambler’s gambit was one of the best escape rooms I’ve ever gone to. It was so much fun for me, and my two friends. I highly recommend it to everyone if you’re looking for something fun to do. Also, the amount of time it was perfect in order to finish.

We are a family of 6 with youngest being 3 and oldest 13. They ALL have fun and enjoy these rooms! Best part is they are multiple rooms and it makes it better and feel bigger as opposed to the mall escape rooms that are very small feeling. The worker was very into it which made it better! Best part is they don’t charge for kids under 10!
We highly recommend this place for family fun.
Can you make rooms longer than 1 hour and change the rooms so when we finish the last we can keep coming to your location?

Terrible doesn’t even describe this experience. We went to have a fun family night with our son, daughter and grandson. The person working there came in and accused us of forcing something open which we didn’t and we told him we did not. We went on to the next room and again he came in and accused us of forcing open something. I was ready to leave because I don’t like being accused of something I didn’t do when he said you’re done. At that point he also said they don’t allow children under 13 which my grandson is 8 and was really enjoying himself and helping us solve the puzzles. Never said anything about his age when we came in and was not running around or doing anything wrong. Unfortunately my grandson felt like he did something wrong and started to cry and turned our fun surprise into a bad night. I will never go to this business again and hopefully this person will be educated on how to deal with customers. Apparently this was the manger and the owners need to reevaluate who they promote to that position. I have been to different escape rooms and never had anything like this happen before. We were not doing anything wrong and don’t appreciate being accused.

Unfortunately I can't really recommend the room we did (Gangsters Gamble) for any groups with experience. Its advertised as "intermediate" difficulty for a team size of 2-6, but our team of 6 was able to complete it in less than 20 minutes. I understand that we were at the max group size, but I would argue that there simply weren't enough puzzles to support that many players (2 experienced or 4 less-experienced players might work out better). Add to the fact that one of the puzzles was not reset for us and our game master was rushed and unenthusiastic. I was hoping to try the other (advertised as more difficult) rooms, but I'm not willing to risk a repeat experience.

We had a great time - as grandparents, it was a way to spend time with our teen grandchildren and have fun. They enjoyed the challenge and can't wait to do it again. We all just felt that we needed more than one hour. We would like to have at least 11/2 hours or more.

We loved our experience doing the gangsters gamble escape room! Sam introduced the idea and we ended up needing 2 hints throughout the hour and he waited until he was a sure we needed it and they always came with accents! It was a whole immersive experience! Loved it! Will be back to try more rooms out!

Best kept secret in CT!! My friends and husband and I have done two of these escape rooms - Save the Queen and The Lost Book of Spells. The details are just awe inspiring! We were all like, "Who THINKS of these things??" The rooms are challenging and we did get stuck once or twice in each room. Luckily a helpful hint showed up when needed and we got through both rooms under 1 hour. If you like escape rooms and like a good challenge, go. Just go. You will be blown away!
We can't wait to try Gangster's Gamble!!

The manager was super nice and warm. We went here on a date and my wife loved it. We struggled at some parts and they help they offered was just enough to get let us enjoy the puzzles still and experience the full game. Loved it and would recommend it to evertone!

The two of us did Gangster and loved it. Even tho we didn’t actually finish in 60 min. We were almost there, and since the last people, he gave us 10 extra minutes and we finished. Great job on props and atmosphere. Well thought out puzzles and riddles and overall an excellent experience even tho we didn’t actually escape on time. Have done about 20 different escape rooms and this one had different twists with an out of the box kinda thinking. First time to this place but it definitely won’t be the last !

Is this located on the first floor? If not do you have an elevator?

Team vs. Time is located on the ground level. It is located a building that is quite accessible in that regard, in contrast to some other room escapes in the state.
