Welcome to the Shining Mountain Golf Club and Event Center - Woodland Park, Colorado's very own public mountain golf course. Come see why Golf Digest rated us as one of the "Top 50 Courses to play once in a lifetime". We also have one of the only permanent Disc Golf courses in Colorado. This is fun for the whole family! After a day of playing, come relax in the clubhouse or on our 1400 sq ft.deck and enjoy the views of Pikes Peak while dining at the Shining Mountain Bar and Grill. Our renowned Chef Steve has created a menu of culinary favorites that you cannot find anywhere else!

Assuming golfers know how to judge good food, this golf course dining room is open to the public and we certainly tasted good food! I have been there twice and the atmosphere for lunch is different from that at dinner--louder with the golfers at lunchtime....More

A good mix of shots needed off the tee box, from wide open drives to narrow target fairways to negotiate dog-legs that reward good shots. A satisfying day of golf that's challenging but does not beat you up.
