This golf course is a very challenging and fun course for golfers of all levels. My husband and I have gone to Pelican Lakes a few times and the 9 hole is very fun. The drink cart comes by about once, so catch it while you can, but if there are more golfers then they will have two carts coming around. I love the ninth hole that is an island in one of the lakes and it also has a food shack with snacks and drinks at the ninth hole. You can either stop and enjoy watching people try and make it onto the island with the final pin or grab something quick and keep going. Either way, very affordable and well kept course!

This listing started out as a golf course rating for golfers but based on recent reviews seems it has become a food critic forum. Back to the golf, Pelican Lakes is in great shape for October with the greens espicially nice. Many different tee combinations you can play, i played blue/white at 6285 yards at a 69.6 ranking and 127 slope. Beautiful water holes everywhere, strategic sand traps, more dog leg rights, and great views everywhere.

Great hamburgers, service was unfortunately lacking, great parking, a golf and country club open the public, the water valley project is a true work of art and construction. However the service was lackluster. Will return and pray we do not have the same waiter.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited for nearly 10 minutes just for some one to come to the reception/reservation desk. Finally got a seat outside and waited another 8 minutes for some one to come to us. Ordered a cocktail and asked for a glass of Ice. I waited nearly 15 Minutes for that! Finally got our food, which had the fries and the onion rings on the wrong plates. That, in it self probably not that big of a deal, but based on the way things had gone, well you get the picture. Food was bland and cold. Cubano sandwich and my wife had the cheeseburger. This is not the first time we have been disappointed, but we keep hoping things will change. My hope has faded, won't be back.

My friends reserved a table at 12:30 pm on father’s day to enjoy the Sunday. Starting from the reservation, no one told us that it was a buffet brunch. We arrived minutes before our time but our table was just ready at 12:50 pm. And again no one told us that the buffet finished at 1 pm! So by the time we had our waitress to take our drinks (which took a while as well) to the time we started eating there was almost no food left! And again: no one told us anything about the time or the schedule of the brunch. Fair to say that, after our complain, the manager took one of the brunches and the drinks out of the bill and brought a tray of desserts for us to try. But I prefer to pay full price and have a better experience. This place is so beautiful but I don’t think the service nor the the food is worth a try. Many other places around the Windsor area to go.
