We are a family of 5 with 3 kids 16, 14 and 10. We had a blast riding the snowmobiles and felt always safe with our tour guide. This is a 2 hour tour through the mountain with some breaks along the way. If your kids want to do something very exciting other than skiing this is

We went out of our way to give you and your guests a private tour with no additional charges. After speaking with our tour guide, he expressed how much terrain you all covered during your private tour. That said, tour guiding is a gratuity-based industry, which is why we educate guests ahead of time. During check-in, and as you mentioned, you said you would like to leave your gratuity in cash. When this did not occur, we made the follow-up call to discuss the quality of your tour. During the call, you said that the tour was awesome and the guide was great, but that you did not feel the need to leave our guide any gratuity and, furthermore, expressed that you do not leave anyone gratuity. There are several businesses that are gratuity-based in the Vail Valley. It's similar to the service industry where wait staff make their money based on service and performance.

This was the first time my wife and I went snowmobiling. We did the 2 hour tour and left wanting more time. The break for hot chocolate and snacks was perfect timing. Plus, racing around the oval was a blast and enjoyed by our group. The views were amazing and our guide Bo was
