The summer concerts cant be beat. From full string orchestra to solos some of the best performers in the country come to this beautiful venue. Bring a blanket to sit on the knoll or sit in a chair, close you eyes and let yourself be engulfed in beauty.

Whether you are here for Bravo! Vail, Vail Dance Festival, or anything else, you will not be disappointed. This is a cozy setting compared to a lot of other outdoor theaters I have been to and I wouldn't have it any other way. The summer weather makes it a great place to be entertained! Don't miss this place! Find anything... More

What a beautiful venue! We saw the ny philharmonic here. We bought our beach chairs and sat on the lawn. Be sure to bring jacket as once sun goes down the temp drops fast in the mountains.

We went from Leadville on a day trip to Vail for a concert of patriotic music by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra at the amphitheater. It was free if you sit on the grass. It is in a beautiful setting. The forested mountain is behind it and the perimeter is landscaped beautifully. We learned several lessons: you can bring in chairs... More

Truly a wonderful place for music. We have been here for Bravo Vail - the classical music festival. World class entertainment in a world class setting. Casual, spacious, good food and drink options on site and if you cannot afford the regular seats the lawn is much cheaper and the sound is excellent. Only problem with the lawn us on... More

A favorite for my husband and I for years is to attend the Bravo Music Festival in July. Starts out with the Dallas Symphony, followed by Philadelphia Symphony and the New York Symphony. While people can get reserved seats under cover, we prefer to picnic on the grassy hill. Tickets are $28 and $5 for children. Bring beach chairs or... More

Nothing gets your pride surging to be an American, than to listen to a top symphonic band playing patriotic music with gorgeous Purple Mountain Majesties in the background. This Amphitheater is acoustically pleasing and so very beautiful. The mountains offer so much beauty in the summer. My hope is everyone will make this a 4th of July treat if ever... More

I have listened to and played many concerts at the Ford Amphitheater. From the stage or from the audience, the atmosphere here is idyllic. It also has a wonderful lawn behind the enclosed seating that many prefer on a warm summer evening.

We visite Vail at end of fall and we took in the amphitheater but there were no events. Great setting understand the favourable summer reviews and can only imagine the vibes. Just east of Vail township. Well located and set it. Again it is a spectacular natural vista.
