One of our favorite riding locales in the country. Beautiful scenery, bikes only so no autos. A tough climb to Vail Pass but that’s why we’re here!!

We had a leisure walk along the path. We got great views of the changing color of the leaves and also our guide from pointed out numerous nature pointers along the walk.

This was a nice path to walk through Vail along Gore Creek and not be on the cobble street among the restaurants and shops.

Biking or hiking on this trail is so great. Winds along the Creek and between the Village and the Mountain. Just beautiful.

We walked parts of this trail as we made our way from Vail Village to Lionshead. It's a nice paved path with parts of it crossing over the stream/creek.

There are parking lots if that is what you mean. It is a walking path. Yes easy and level for children icy in spots in winter of course. Parking is extremely expensive in the winter also free in the off season last I heard.

Oh yeah! Though there may be times that there are more riders than other times, I can't imagine there being so many riders that you would feel unsafe. The trail is wide enough to accommodate a large number of people.
