We rode 9 miles along the Gore Creek trail and then the Gore Valley trail. Mostly flat and outstanding views along Gore Creek. Route becomes more difficult to follow toward Gore Valley. See route and a short video on Spoke32 Cycling Club on Facebook.

We vowed on our vacation we would walk everyday. The recreation path offered us relaxation and scenic beauty. We always went early in the morning and occasionally met up with other walkers, bike riders and runners. Truly a photographic opportunity and started our day off...More

Very nice to walk or bike along the creek. There are several picnic benches as well to enjoy a bite to eat.

This is excellent for anyone who has disabilities. I am recovering From a.spinal injury and Iwas able to go farther because it is shady and has benches for resting and water fountains. it was so enjoyable.

We enjoyed our walking tour through Vail during a mild June morning. The town is lovely and restful, as was the walk.

If you come to Vail, take some time out to walk this path. It's gorgeous and the creek makes such beautiful noise.

We love the walk to and from town along the river. We also enjoy the beautiful homes along the way - and we've even encountered some elk!

There are parking lots if that is what you mean. It is a walking path. Yes easy and level for children icy in spots in winter of course. Parking is extremely expensive in the winter also free in the off season last I heard.

Oh yeah! Though there may be times that there are more riders than other times, I can't imagine there being so many riders that you would feel unsafe. The trail is wide enough to accommodate a large number of people.
