If you are sore from skiing, book a massage with Beth. You will be floating on air (or lavender) when you are done. Very soothing, quiet atmosphere with a view of the creek. They warm the towels and your robe. A wonderful experience.

The spa is everything you want and more. Before each appointment, they put you in a very comfortable, quiet, warm lounge (warmed by a fire place) deep within the spa where your specialist comes to get you. I had a facial, a full body massage, a body wrap and a spray tan. All services were exquisite. Soft, relaxing music plays... More

Don't come here if you want a relaxing spa experience. While my massage was excellent, the overall spa experience was absolutely horrible. The men's spa facility shares the whirlpool, steam room, sauna, showers, etc with the athletic club and they give discounted memberships to the kids that work at the resort! Needless to say, it was a complete zoo in... More

After a few days of skiing, I needed a great massage. The spa staff were courteous and helpful when I called to book my appointment. I had the most amazing deep tissue massage with Molly Brooks - she has the magic touch! She is a great listener (worked more on the areas that I asked her to focus on) and... More

Took the first day of my trip to relax and unwind, and booked two spa treatments at the Vitality Center at Vail Mountain Lodge. I booked the treatments on the same day which was easy thanks to the helpful reception staff. They helped me plan my afternoon which started with a one hour yoga class and then some time to... More

The whole experience was a delight -- from the eucalyptus scent in the steam room, to the soft robes, to the enormous tea selection and fruit-and-nut bars in the relaxation room, to the serenity of the room itself (with its view of the creek), to the professional massages. Worth every penny.

If you have a spa treatment, you get use of the well equipped fitness center for the day. I did a Pilates class, spent time on a treadmill and enjoyed the sauna and steam room before my massage. Booked a 110 minute massage (before 2pm) and got 20% off and a complimentary spa lunch. Highly recommend. Be sure to take... More

The massages are amazing...very skilled masseurs. The skin line Skinceutical facial is a brilliant concept. Lovely , relaxing gift for yourself because believe me.....it is expensive.

I highly recommend the 100 minute facial w/ Sally. She is professional and not only does a great facial but the 100 minute treatment includes a arm, hand, leg and foot massage. So worth it! She informed me that she is a massage therapist by training and in my opinion it really makes the difference in the quality of a... More
