Spent a day at the park. We payed at entrance, and for the four of us, it was just below 5000 bath. It is expensive to eat and drink there, and at arrival they will check your backpack and take any water/refreshments you have. This force you to buy all drink and food inside the park, and it was pricey.
To buy beverages one must prepay and fill up the wristband you get when entering the park. If you have excess money, you get it back when leaving.
The food offered was not especially good. The park already shows signs of wear and tear, but I guess the sun and moist is working against the maintenance crew. On the plus side, it was not crowded and the lines for attractions went smoothly.

Everything is good. Good place, good foods and good Staffs.
But I've some problems when I stayed in Cabana. Some people did not know that If you want to take a rest in Cabana, you've to pay for it 1,400 baht. Some people asked me to stay in my Cabana 3 times (different people) when I stayed alone in Cabana. That was so annoying.

Visited cartoon network in pattaya and we found it to be very disappointing as we've seen water slides before and these water slides were no different.we didn't do much at all but,pretty much just watched little kids splash around.
If you've never experienced water slides before then it would be ok,otherwise theres not much else you can do.

Several of our water attractions were custom made for Cartoon Network, but we understand experiences may vary and we're always looking for ways to improve. I was here with my friend and we had a lot of fun, but the staff was not that nice. They just shouted at you and I never saw a single smile.
The entertainers were amazing! Really good dancers and a lovely energy👏🏼
The attractions were much fun, even though not all of them was open because og maintance. But still fun!!
You have to prepare yourself on a lot of noise. The music is superloud and it never stops😄 But I have to say it is still worth a visit!! With or without children!

1290 thb for that place is way to much now , i never saw a place be so quick get old , the kids area lock like 30 years without maintanance , all the big slide are closed but still charge the full price , i never ever i will go with my family there . The time and money are this place not worth . Better choice is the ramayana waterpark which is not far from it

Hi Fabian, we're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time at our park. We've currently in a state of renovating and repainting our existing attractions (UV light from the sun is very hard on painted surfaces) as well as constructing new attractions that will debut later this year. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll be willing to give us another chance sometime.

Everything here looks so shiny and new. The slides are super fun. In the kids area they also release foam bubbles to play in. At the wave pool you can watch cartoon network cartoons. The live shows are short but there are many going throughout the day that you can watch while you eat. The food is overpriced, I suggest trying not to eat much while you are there, so get a good breakfast in before hand.

Not far out of town and well worth the trip. There must be over 20 great Waterslides and guaranteed to please kids, teenagers and adults. Staff were very friendly and the food was great. All in all a fantastic day out for every age group.

Really really disappointed with going to this water park. I have to admit that a couple of the water slides were sort of ok, but after a couple of rides its quite boring and the park itself is very small. Overall this park is only for kids. The entry price is way over the top. And the Thais also have their a racist ticket pricing by charging foreigners an extra 300 baht. So its 1600 baht for entry. When you consider that the average Thai wage is 250 baht per day it works out to over a weeks wages. Its actually cheaper to go to the water & theme parks here in Australia than go to this one. Go figure. And the ones in Australia are much better than this. The park was fully operational but because it was understaffed not all the slides were open. Absolutely pathetic. And as luck would have it they looked like the better rides too. At the prices that they charge for entry I would have thought that they could give every patron their own personal assistant. And talk about rude ... I had a bottle of water with me that they wouldnt let me bring into the park. Cmon its not a bloody airport. Its hot in Thailand and I always travel with a drink on me. And then you should see the prices of the food and drinks once you get in there. This is Thailand. I can walk down the street and buy a meal for about 1 - 2 dollars, but in here everything was from 10 - 20 dollars. I refused to spend any more of my money while I was in there. The staff werent friendly at all. They were very short (I dont know if its a communication problem) and seemed irritated with the patrons. Overall Id have to say that its a crap day out. Although your children will enjoy it because they will be oblivious to everything. Wont be going back there again in a hurry and I recommend that if youre considering going there yourself, DONT. Spend your money elsewhere. They should halve the prices of everything there straight away. It just reeks of greed and taking advantage of foreign tourists.

our family, 2 adults and 2 teen boys went to the Cartoon Amazone Water park. it is certainly not cheap and costs almost USD 50 for an adult. Overall the water park is clean and well laid out. However the best rides were not working and some rides were closed just early afternoon - no real reason. no information was posted before buying or entering the park and also no discount or special reduction offered as many rides were not working - this is not how you do business. also there are very few umbrellas around as they want you to buy a cabana for an additional Thb 1000 for members or more non members - if you don't buy such cabana, you will be grilled in the sun without protection. if all rides are finished and running, it can be a fun park, but the mgmt. needs to work on customer satisfaction, rather than just making money.

Good for small and big kids.Soft opening period in Oct,you have to bring your own towel as rental facilities are yet ready.Food and drink choices are limited and costly.Anyhow,it is slightly cheaper to go overseas not counting your airfare cost.

Lots of great activities for a 6 year old such as Cartoonival zone for kids with 4 to 5 smaller slides and water sprays that she can try...foam party with lots of foam in this zone...wave pool where she can use a life jacket and raft or stay in the shallow zone....kids pool adjacent to the wave pool...lazy river....meet and greet Our famous cartoon characters and watch the shows at Toon Square.....

You should have no problem booking through Trip Adviser especially the new THB 667.50 promotion that has no reviews because it was recently launched and is a great deal for the park

If you have a work permit and corresponding visa you should qualify as a resident and be able to use the promotions available to residents - suggest that you come into the welcome center and show your documentation to the staff inside

You can bring sports gear such as floating devices, but you can't bring food or beverage into the park. If your child has a specific dietary or beverage need, it would be case by case whether that's allowed. Your bags will likely be searched at the front gate. This information is from my partner who used to work at the park. I asked my partner about squirt guns and he think's it's OK, but not certain.
