We were greeted immediately and offered several table options even though it was a very busy night. We sat in one of the bar banquettes. It was very cozy. Devon was our waiter and he was superb. We ordered a couple drinks, soups and split a burger. Everything was excellent and it was a great intro to our time in... More

We booked 4 rooms for a birthday celebration week. Staff is extremely helpful and the restaurant is outstanding. Hotel is old so be prepared to hear street noise. Noise cancellation machines provided in room are helpful. Would definitely return. Comfy beds.

Good food. One of the more expensive in Telluride. A Get Dressed place. Food is worth the $$$$. Delicious choices that changes Seasonally. Can accommodate large groups 10-15. Not particularly child friendly. Wonderful chef, helpful staff, knowledgeable Sommelier.

We stopped in for a quick drink after dinner on a Friday night and the place was hopping. We found a few seats at the bar and enjoyed a cocktail while people watching. This is a great place to grab a cocktail and relax after dinner or a day on the slopes.

We loved the rustic look & feel with the old wooden bar & benches. With a great open fireplace this place oozes ambiance & old style friendliness. Good beer selection - and a great room out the back with pool tables where you can have a lot of fun. We went there several times over our stay and loved it!

We celebrated with wind and steaks after a long week of skiing. The New Sheridan was the perfect place to wrap up a great vacation. The food was excellent and the service and staff were wonderful. Friends clued me in on this place and I am happy they did!

I love a place that keeps its authenticity ! This hotel maintains its old world charm and feel, but the rooms are well appointed and the beds are super comfortable ! It is also a bonus that after a good nights' sleep, you can walk downstairs and have a world class breakfast ! The eggs benedict is excellent, but the... More

Wow! I've been going to Telluride Film Festival for 20 years off and on. It's always wonderful when I get to eat at the New Sheridan Hotel. This last visit we had a late meal after the outdoor movie. Ended up with a fabulous table right in the center. I'm a big fan of everything Telluride and this place makes... More

I love New Sheridan, and I always take my friends there for brunch! Lunch and dinner are great, too, but brunch or breakfast is supreme. Order the eggs benedict and a bloody mary! Everything on the menu is delicious, and the large windows allow some people-watching as other visitors stroll outside. There's a lovely front porch if you prefer to... More
