We stayed here for one night and wished we stayed longer. You can't ask for a more charming victorian historic hotel that makes it feel as though you are stepping back in time but with thoroughly modern amenities. Service was phenomenal and we were upgraded to the nicest room for free just by asking the manager, Mike. We were allowed... More

My boyfriend and I came here to enjoys a beer on the rooftop patio. After spending a few hours hiking, this was the perfect place to recoup and luxuriate in the fresh summer mountain air and 280 degree unobstructed views of the beautiful mountains. It's a historic landmark and seems newly restored. The bar was great, I'd recommend checking out... More

Let's face it, you will not find a new ,shiny hotel on Colorado avenue. The New Sheridan is still pretty old. You will need to deal with lots of noise from the street. The downstairs bar and restaurant are great.

Locals told us to eat here and they didn't steer us wrong. Good menu with friendly service and outdoor seating to people watch. They had standard favorites: club sandwich, hamburger, etc. Also a great looking salmon salad with a poached egg on top.

This is a great place in downtown Telluride to see a live act while you enjoy some liquid libations; just head upstairs when you enter the side door. For a great meal, head inside from the historic main street where you'll find a great bar and fine restaurant, just like you might have done in the old 1800s mining town.

Bartenders are busy and food came a little slow however they did knock off a few dollars for late oysters. Overall great atmosphere and beautiful restaurant.

We stopped in and had some drinks at the rooftop bar. They also offer a full menu if you want to eat. Our waitress was just delightful and she was able to help us plan our trip to Bridal Veil Falls. Beautiful scenery from the rooftop of the surrounding mountains. Couldn't see down to the town though unfortunately.

We were looking for a good steak one night and this restaurant was recommended. The prices are a lot more than we expected. They have a 40 ounce porterhouse steak on the menu for 175.00! All the dishes are a la carte. I ended up purchasing a 9 ounce filet which was 49.00. Burgers are 22.00. The filet was good,... More

The staff greeted us at the door and took us to our table in short order. We had Caesar Salad, Flat iron steak, mashed potatoes, Halibut and chocolate cake. The meal was fantastic and we enjoyed the experience.

The New Sheraton Hotel is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the action in downtown Telluride. The hotel is housed in a beautiful historical building.
