Awesome guys. Half day guided walk. Approximately 20 Rainbow and Brown trout between 4 of us. Mountain size. Goose and his team are super cool. Very laid back - but clearly knowledgeable. We floated dual dry flies for the first time - and learned how to pop the second fly on and off the water - like a caddis.

Had a great guide and a great time fly fishing! Both of us had some fly fishing experience and had been on guided trips before.
We were in Telluride for a week and were able to pick our guides brain about other places to fish on our own. Was really happy that the guide gave some great info! We've had it happen before that unless you're on a trip, guides do not want to give suggestions of fishing locations and flies to use. Very thankful that this was not the case. Appreciated the instruction and the helpful information. Would recommend!

The four of us are from MUCH lower elevation states. We decided we wanted a day of acclimation. The guys went fly fishing with Telluride Flyfishing. Jeff Randle is an EXCEPTIONAL guide and the guys TRULY enjoyed their day! They each caught fish and had a great time. Great introduction to the area

What was great about our experience were our 2 guides - both were knowledgeable, patient, and attentive.
What we didn't love was that we were only on the water for 3 hours, when we paid for a 1/2 day (which is 4 hours). We understood driving time (which was about 20 minutes) to the river was part of those 4 hours, but it also took the guide nearly 40 minutes to set up the lines. This obviously could have been in advance.
We also didn't have a very successful day (2 fish between 6 people) despite having a mostly experienced group.

Kaiden was terrific- knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and professional. My first time fly fishing was very fun, relaxing, and memorable. Definitely recommend.

Very patient knowledgeable guide. Carlos was friendly and really showed his understanding of the river. His quiet instructions helped both an experienced angler and a beginner land some really large Rainbows and Cutthroat trout.
I would fish with him again anytime.

Great day out with Aaron and Matt. The whole family enjoyed themselves and they were fantastic with my kids too! My boys can’t stop talking about how much fun they had! Highly recommend the experience for your next Telluride visit!

I had an amazing experience fly fishing with Telluride Flyfishers. The owner made it very easy to arrange a guided trip and Carlo was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable about all the water around Telluride and we had a great half day trip. I caught rainbows and brookies. I probably caught 16 fish is a few short hours. Well worth the time and money spent!!! I highly recommend this experience.

the fly fishing in
my husband has fly fished all over Colorado. I go along. The San Miguel is very good, when it is good. I have picked gooseberries and even raspberries along the bank. This is a good guide.

Will there be fly fishing tours from May 26-30th? This will be my first time fly fishing and hope you can provide a good experience for a novice. There may be 2 - 3 in our party.
