Located in Telluride’s historic train depot building, the Ah Haa School for the Arts is a community center for the arts, offering year-round classes for children and adults in a variety of artistic mediums including painting, ceramics, mixed media, photography, writing, cooking, wellness, and more. Other programs include the prestigious American Academy of Bookbinding, and the Telluride Painting School, providing concentrated painting classes each summer and fall.

Ah Haa is a wonderful place to take an art class, have an ah-ha moment and view some wonderful art! Gorgeous setting! Lots of offerings.

I took the Indigo Tie Dyeing class in August while I was visiting for the Fiber Arts Festival. It was excellent. The instructor was fantastically talented. students were very welcoming to an "out of towner". wish I lived in telluride so I could take more....More
