We sought out this place to redeem a Groupon offer and were delighted to spend some time there one afternoon while visiting the area. The beers we consumed were very good and the price on a six pack prompted us to purchase four of them to take home with us to help us remember our visit!

We accidentally bought a six pack of this on our first day and liked it so much we decided to fill our growler there. It’s close to downtown, has a super friendly staff and great beers. Totally worth a stop. No food served but they have chips and sodas for kids.

While on vacation, we discovered this place on Groupon and were delighted with the find! What a wonderful assortment of beers, (my favorite is the Mango Hefeweizen)! It was terrific! There were 4 in my group and we all have different likes, but Patrick was very accommodating. He explained the beers, was cheerful and friendly and worked with us to find the right one for each of us. My son ordered a flight and we took 4 cans home with us. They don't have any food except bags of snacks, but they do have the friendliest barkeep I've met in a long time. Thanks, Patrick, for making our visit so enjoyable! Wish we lived closer so we could be regulars. The place is small and off the beaten track, but definitely worth the ride.

We stopped here after hiking the Mad Creek Trail. My husband had tried Hefeweizen at Cafe Diva the night before and loved it. I decided on a flight and chose: Amputator, Buzzcock English Mild Ale, Mango Hefeweizen and a blonde with champagne (can't remember the name). Of course, the one I liked best is the one whose name I can't remember! Amputator was also really good, but since I'm not a fan of dark beers, my husband finished the Buzzcock. You can smell and taste the banana in the Hefeweizen-very interesting but VERY good! The patio is small but it was perfect during off season. Friendly staff ~ we will definitely be back!

So I am not much of a beer drinker but all of my family are so I often find myself in pubs hoping that they also have wine or cider. More often than not, they don't, but I have found a few types that I enjoy. I tried the Champagne du Bord, the porter and the Mango Hefeweizen. I liked the mango so much I had two (which is very unusual for me!) The mango flavor wasn't heavy or overly sweet, just a subtle aftertaste. Not only was the beer pleasant, our server Katie was a perfect host! She was friendly and engaging and genuine. She treated everyone like a regular, asked everyone's name within minutes of your arrival and didn't just focus on the people she already knew. We plan on visiting again on this trip.
