Strawberry Park Hot Springs

We had a great time at the hot springs this past week. There were 3 of the pools working that day so a little disappointed we didn't get to use the 4th one. Initially I was... read more

Everyone must experience this! Natural hot springs high in the mountains provide different pools with different water temperature. A bit rustic, with "bare" changing facilities. In the winter, you will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle.

We weren't sure we wanted to go to Strawberry Springs because of the price - so we did the walking tour of the hot springs in Steamboat springs which included the original Steamboat Spring. Wonderful walk and wonderful springs and we didn't even have to get in. Especially Sulphur Springs -phew

We had a great time at the hot springs this past week. There were 3 of the pools working that day so a little disappointed we didn't get to use the 4th one. Initially I was concerned that 1.5 hours wouldn't be enough but it was enough as you can get pretty warm. The area is beautiful and very relaxing.... More

Sulfur springs. Go in the evening to enjoy a misty evening. Multiple pools of different temperatures. Even water slides for the kids. Towels and lockers are available.

We have been going here for over 34 years. It is so relaxing in the hot springs, and the beauty is incomparable! Nights are for adults, as clothing is OPTIONAL !! If it is overcasted out, and the moon is covered , you are o.k., you won't see anything. Bring a flashlight , or borrow one from your hotel. The... More

There are very few places like this on the earth. You're in a series of natural rock hot springs way up high in the mountains surrounded by pine trees and thousands of stars. The pools go from very hot, to less hot, to even less hot, to refreshingly cold. All of us locals go regularly to the hot springs for... More

Beautiful place and nice hot water. Very relaxing. There is a place for changing clothes but it isn't close to the pool. So you have to walk for a little bit to get in the hot water.

Spent the holiday in the beautiful city of Steamboat Springs and experienced the Strawberry Park Hot Springs while there. The shuttle service to get our group up the steep mountain road was one of the pleasantest rides I have ever had. The road was pretty treacherous and we felt very safe with the CDL certified driver. Hot Springs are a... More

Elegantly constructed ponds and buildings in a beautiful setting. It's much nicer, and a lot less funky, than most hot springs you will visit. The various pools are quite warm, but the cool stream is just a splash away.
